Awesome family home near beaches and shopping. Everything is new! Beaches are a 7 mile drive away! Brand new 4 person sauna going in may 4 2025. Awesome tiki bar, Hot tub heated pool.
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Beds are super comfy memory foam beds. HEATED POOL! Pool heater is set to 80-85 degrees and is auto heat from Oct15-april 15 seasonally. Please do not book our home if 80-85 degrees is not warm enough for you! Please note we heat our pool much warmer than our local competition and we DO NOT CHARGE an extra fee like most! Four person hot tub is always hot at 101 degrees and ready to go! Our kitchen/ dining room and living room have a really nice high vaulted ceiling. This feature makes our home home so light, bright and airy!

KITCHEN-
Perfectly remodeled kitchen features a large 10 foot peninsula with six barstools. Super high end quartz Countertops will be sure to catch your eye! Fully stocked with all cookware you would need to cook with. Cheese grater, spatulas, other cooking utensils, measuring cups, dough roller, pots, pans, wok pan, silverware, scissors, knife set, martini glasses, wine glasses, saran wrap, Tupperware, tin foil, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, sugar, tooth picks, all sorts of spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, coffee creamer. Our kitchen features refrigerator with built-in ice, water dispenser. Stove, microwave, Dishwasher, a traditional drip brew coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, kettle, crockpot and blender. We provide all sorts of bakeware, Mixing bowls etc. We provide tons of garbage bags, dishwashing pods, cleaning supplies Dawn soap, hand soap. If something breaks during your stay look in the kitchen cabinets. We often supply two of everything for example two coffee makers, two blenders, two toaster ovens etc.

BEDROOM 1 - WITH EN SUITE BATH ROOM

The master bedroom is a large bedroom. It features a King size bed with soft memory foam topper. Nice large walk-in closet has Lots of hangers. Nice ceiling fan to circulate air. This bedroom also has a beautiful fireplace wall with large 65 inch HD smart TV. Two nightstands with lights, Office desk, walk-in closet with tons of regular towels, beach towels, spare comforters , spare linens, iron, ironing board, extra pillows. Attached en suite bath Makes this room shine! Large shower, toilet, Vanity. We supply tons of toilet paper, and full size shampoo, full-size conditioner, full size male, female body wash. Cotton balls, Q-tips, hand soap, hairdryer, curling iron, straight iron.

BED ROOM 2

King size bed with soft memory foam topper. Two nightstands with lights. 42 inch HD television. Walk-in closet. Plenty of hangers, extra pillows. Ceiling fan. The closet also has a fan that can be placed on nightstand For those of you who love extra air circulation!

LIVING ROOM/DINNING ROOM-

Two large couches that pull out into queen beds are the centerpiece of the room. They are centered in front of a large fireplace wall and 65 inch HD TV. Our fireplace is electric. Nice coffee table stocked with plenty of games like Jenga, Uno, playing cards, sorry, twister, connect four. Books for kids and adult books. The dining room has a nice round table with four chairs.

COMMON BATHROOM-

Common area bathroom is perfectly located between the two guest bedrooms and living room . It has a nice shower, toilet, vanity. We supply tons of toilet paper, hair dryer, curling iron flat iron, Q-tips, hand soap, full size shampoo, full size conditioner, full size male, female body wash for guests to use.

OUTDOORS-

The best part of the home is the outdoor area! Nice size inground pool that is heated 80 to 85° from October 15 to April 15. Nice hot tub that is hot and ready at 101° when you arrive. No waiting on preheating! Really cute market lights and a pool light make the home shine at night! We also supply an outdoor dining room table with four chairs, a large sectional seating area that will seat up to eight people, and grill with propane attached. If you run out of propane there is a spare tank in the garage supplied for free. Our pool area is covered by a birdcage which is a large screened in area to keep the bugs out. This is an absolute must for anyone traveling to Florida! The backyard is fenced. Perfect for your dogs. Nice fire pit with four person seating

GARAGE- two car garage available for use. In the garage is a full-size washer, dryer, with detergent, bleach, dryer sheets. We also leave our pool toys, beach toys, pool floats, beach chairs beach cooler, beach umbrella and vacuum broom mop in the garage for guests to use. spare propane tank for the grill is located in the garage.

We have tried to think of everyone one would need for a nice comfy vacation.

We allow a max of 2 dogs or 2 cats per stay. Pet fee is $100 the entire stay.

We DO NOT charge a fee to heat our pool from Oct 15- april 15 ( unlike our local competitors)
We DO NOT charge extra for grill propane . Rental comes w propane for grill and a spare tank in garage

Please note waterfall broke June 12 2023and no longer spills water . Pool works fine, only waterfall feature no longer works. Pools is perfect! Do not book this home if the waterfall spilling water into the pool is a deal breaker
for you.
