Family wedding

Gather from every where to celebrate wedding of family member. Chance for cousins to meet and pens time together. This house was spacious and allows us ro spend time together but also allow for privacy.

Filthy with unusable pool

I’ll start with the positive first. Beds and bedding were clean and generally comfortable. The refrigerator was clean inside. Other than that very disappointed with the property. While the house was “clean”, i.e. a cleaning crew came through and wiped off surfaces, the house is grimey, sticky, and generally filthy. The kitchen was particularly gross, with the cupboards all covered in grease and grime, the cabinet pulls all sticky with visibly caked on unknown substances and the dishes and cutlery in the cupboards largely dirty. The panty was so full of junk there was no where to store food and other items during our visit. The floor was so dirty that the bottom of my children’s feet were black after walking in the house barefoot for an hour. The pool deck was covered in dirt. The pool furniture (all 4 chairs) had animal feces on them. There was trash on the pool deck. A ring of black mold around the pool. The pool so cold that it wasn’t usable in April. The outdoor kitchen was beyond disgusting and totally unusable. The patio seat cushions stained and visibly dirty. The door handle for the slider to the patio was black with filth. This is the type of place where each person is given one towel and wash cloth. The washing machine had visible black mildew in it and the drier vent looked like it had never been cleaned. Ever. When we arrived we contented the property management company with some of these concerns. We were told prior guests had no issues. Beware.

Great stay-would stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was just as described. We had great communication from the owners. Seemless check-in. The place is very quiet with beautiful, peaceful surroundings despite being on a busy street. Lots of room for a family celebration with 14 people. Close enough to the beach and St. Pete Pier to enjoy both.

Great experience and stay

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We loved the property from the pool to the little garden pond. The home had so much room. Our host Mark was available to help when we needed something or had questions. The house was near a lot of stores and was a straight drive to the aiport and clearwater beach. Definitely coming back to Florida ☀️

Summer staycation

The house was very clean and spacious. We traveled with teenagers and grandparent. They all had comfortable bed to rest at night and enjoyed the pool. The house is located about 40-50 min to Bush gardens and Island of Adventure. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Good communication with property management. We enjoyed our weekend in Tampa.

We would stay again

Im very picky so the fact that I would stay here again is a major compliment! The house was great for our family. There were some minor issues (we fixed the upstairs toilet ourselves. You’re welcome future guests), but all-in-all we had a great time. Mark was friendly and quick to help locate things we needed (broom/vacuum) and the house was lovely. There were many staples on hand (salt/pepper/spices, pots, dishwasher tabs, coffee) but lacked others (bring laundry detergent). The oven only has one rack so made some cooking difficult because the oven is small. There were also very few baking dishes but had VERY nice pots and pans. The coffee maker was great and there was coffee for us. We had to ask for the vacuum to clean up after our kids. There are plenty of beach towels for use and even a cooler out back to take with you if needed to the beach. I was in a wheelchair and all rooms downstairs are wheelchair accessible. There is no television in the living room but there is a television in the dining room. We found this odd so we gently moved the couch into the kitchen area so that our kids could watch television. We would definitely stay again! We traveled with 8 adults and 6 kids and they loved the house. Ages for kids ranged from 11 months to 9 years.

The perfect girls weekend getaway!

This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend away! Well stocked house, private pool and room for 13 ladies with plenty of room to spare. Mark and Nick were amazing hosts and we felt confident we could reach out to them with any issues that arose. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Great for large group

We enjoyed our stay here. It was big enough for our large group of 14. The pool and outdoor area was very nice. The only complaint we have was that 2 of the bedrooms had locks on the outside of the door which was very odd. One of those bedrooms kept locking on itself and our people got locked inside the room and had to be broken into to get them out. When we contacted the owners, they were quick to offer to come and fix, but we were on our last day so did decline. Hopefully that gets fixed before someone else checks in. Also, would be nice if there were beach items like chairs and umbrellas available. However, overall, it was a really nice property and we did enjoy our stay.

Lots of rooms

Nice big house with lots of beds and rooms in convenient location near stores. Had some issues with the toilet in 2 of the bathrooms. Other than that the place was very nice.

This rental was perfect for our son's 30th birthday surprise.

The house was overall a great place to stay and a great location. It accomodated our family of 12 well. The pool was a great perk to have to enjoy throughout our stay. There was ample room for gathering and relaxing. This home in Largo was a new listing and it did however lack in a few essentials such as: more pots, pans, and bowls, kitchen towels, a few more garbage bags and a baking sheet. When asked I received an immediate response with some things delivered that afternoon. It was close to beautiful beaches and Busch Gardens. I would definitely recommend this home in Largo.
