Danielle, a very helpful and kind host, has an amazingly clean home that has so many comforts of home. This is the first place I’ve ever stayed at that I didn’t consider using my Clorox wipes. If you are a neat freak like me, you will be so glad you stayed here.Also she thought of so many little things like tissues, night lights, snacks, and luggage stands for each bedroom. And the comfy mattresses and pillows and soft sheets were all very much appreciated.If you are considering staying here, just do it! You will be very happy. :)

This property was all that we could ask for and more. It is so close to everything including Madeira and Clearwater beaches, restaurants, parks and anything you would enjoy doing. The property was very clean. The sofa and bed were more comfortable than any other VRBO we've stayed in before. Although we didnt cook, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed including seasonings. They even had beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler for a trip to the beach. The fenced in back yard was nice as it included a grill and firepit. The property is located in a very quit neighborhood as well. The hosts actually thought of everything, even having a few snacks available upon arrival! Next time we are back in the Tampa area, we will definitely stay here again!

Staying at this house was an enjoyable experience! It was just as photos indicated, clean, and well kept. The house and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and other places that might interest you. My brother played tennis at a nearby country club, less than 10 minutes away. The owner Danielle thought of everything, down to the welcoming snacks. She provided practically everything we needed! And she was just a phone call away, if there were any concerns or issues. We did not get a chance to enjoy the backyard as we wanted, but we definitely plan on renting this house or another one of hers properties again, in the near future! I highly recommend booking a stay here, you will be delighted you did.

Fantastic Vacation!

A very clean and beautiful home! Everything we needed to come to Florida for a vacation visit was right at our fingertips! The place was clean, and in absolute top shape and we had 0 issues coming and going! Everything in the house worked as intended, so when we wanted to escape the heat and watch tv, or prepare a meal to escape eating out all that was needed was a quick trip to the store to get the food! We werent more than 15 minutes away from the beach, and the neighborhood was awesome! 0 issues from anyone around us. We had close access to the St Pete area, and even spent some time in Tampa. We also took a day and went to Magic Kingdom, which was only a 1.5 hour drive.We will absolutely contact again and return! We are already talking about possibly coming back this year yet!

Cute and Clean Home

This house is well-maintained and super clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to get started.There's coffee, spices and all the things you need to make a meal. It's a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to markets, restaurants, etc. Danielle is very responsive. This was our second stay at this home and we would stay there again if we visit.

Perfect for families with small children

We stayed here for a week with our 16 month-old daughter. Everything was perfect! We really loved the property and Danielle has stocked the house with kids toys, kids beach toys, pack and play, high chairs… everything we needed to have a great time. I can’t recommend enough if you’re traveling with your little one.

Well-maintained Property

There was a small issue upon check in, but Danielle apologized and made it up to us. House was very clean & held all the amenities we needed. Really nice tv's in living room & bedrooms with a lot of free streaming services. Had coffee pods, suger & creamer available which was a nice touch. Before you panic like i almost did, if you can't find the bath towels look on the MBR closet shelf. House location was great. Overall, we had an excellent stay in very comfortable accommodations.

Clean and comfortable

We were looking for a place that was conveniently located. After comparing many rentals I chose this one because it checked all the boxes and had great reviews. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and I wish all were as perfect as this one. Danielle has thought of everything you could possibly need/want during your stay, and the home is very comfortable. The home is new and updated, and the yard is perfect for hanging out, along with being pretty well located if you want to hit SPB or anything along Gulf Blvd. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Great house, very roomy, so, so clean, good bedding & mattresses, good showers with strong water pressure, awesome, fully stocked kitchen - wonderful owners with great response time. This will be our go-to rental house when visiting family in this area.

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was small, but had plenty of bedrooms. Danielle was extremely prompt in her responses. In past rentals, we had an issue with low quality furniture and being uncomfortable on the couch and beds. We loved hanging out at this house and had great sleep. The kitchen was great and equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The only negative was the neighbors dogs barking early in the morning. The houses are closer together so it woke us up most mornings. Of course this is a small negative compared to the whole stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

This place was top notch. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need. All new inside and a great fenced-in backyard for hanging out and enjoying the weather. Washer and dryer is very handy. The host is extremely responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. We will definitely stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars all the way around.
