Cozy 2-room apartment in the front house "Sommerdeich" with about 44 square meters on 1 level (ground floor) for up to 4 people. In quiet location in the district Bad in St. Peter-Ording.

Living room with sofa for 3 persons, 2 armchairs, cupboard double bed (2x 80x200cm), TV, stereo compact system with CD player and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the sheltered, furnished garden terrace to the west. Open kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge freezer. No dishwasher.

Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) and wardrobe.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, washing machine (Toploader) and daylight. No hair dryer.

Schmutzig, Renovierungsbedürftig

Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig, auf den Schränken, die Wände waren schmutzig, die Schubladen der Küche dreckig usw.. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche hat gerade so gereicht um sich einigermaßen zu waschen. Zwischendurch ist das Wasser ständig kalt geworden. Die Weichspühlkammer der Waschmaschine war schwarz teilweise. Beim Kühlschrank haben alle Schubladen und Einsätze gefehlt. Bilder haben wir gemacht werden es auch der Tourismuszentrale melden. Wir waren überhaupt nicht zu Frieden. Ein Zeltplatz wäre besser gewesen.

Unterkunft war in Ordnung, Umgebung ruhig und alle intetessanten Punkte der Umgebung gut erreichbar.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes waren wir erst begeistert über die ruhige Lage und die geräumige Unterkunft. Nach genauerem Hinsehen sind uns jedoch nach und nach kleinere Mängel aufgefallen. Und zwar: die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft beim Eintreffen ließ ehrlich zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem Boden und auf den Fensterbänken lagen recht viele tote Insekten, was nach einer Grundreinigung doch eher unüblich wäre. Des Weiteren war die Klobrille am hinteren Teil vollständig gebrochen, was ebenfalls bei einer Endkontrolle hätte auffallen müssen. Als kleinen Hinweis möchten wir noch anbringen, dass beim Duschen in unregelmäßigen Abständen das Wasser eisekalt und erst nach mehreren Minuten erneut warm wird. Trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte konnten wir als Familie unseren Aufenthalt genießen. Vielen Dank.

Die Wohnung ist nett und recht gemütlich. An manchen Stellen hätte sie sauberer sein können, aber es war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super.

Gut gelegene kleine Wohnung

Sehr gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Sehr schöne Außenanlage. Die Wege zum Strand, zur Innenstadt und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen.
