Modern studio apartment with about 27 sqm on 1 level (2. Floor, with elevator) for up to 2 persons. Very near the beach and central location in the district of Bad in St. Peter-Ording. The beach promenade is right in front of the house and to all the shops and restaurants of the spa it is only a short walk. Relax in one of the sun loungers in the garden in front of the house or in the shared sauna. Dogs are welcome.
Living room and bedroom with pull-out (sleep) sofa (160x190cm), armchair, dining table with 2 chairs, TV (satellite) and radio with CD player. French balcony. Open kitchen with hob with 2 burners, microwave and fridge freezer. No dishwasher, no oven.
Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and hair dryer.
Hallway with mirror in the entrance area. Separate storage room with wardrobe, shelves and vacuum cleaner.
Parking space in front of the house. Bicycle storage room (subject to availability), communal table tennis room, communal laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, spa area with sauna for a fee on the ground floor of the house available. Free Wi-Fi.

Hübsche Wohnung bei toller Lage
Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, bietet aber alles, was man braucht, ist sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt an der Promenade hinterm Deich. Wir hatten unseren Matrazentopper dabei und wunderbar geschlafen.

Gute Lage, kleines Zimmer
Ein kleines Zimmer mit einer integrierten Küche. Alles ziemlich modern / einfach. IKEA - Charme halt.
Da das Zimmer als ein Schlafzimmer benutzt wird, empfiehlt es sich dort ein vernünftiges Doppelbett aufzustellen. Das Schlafsofa ist dort etwas unglücklich.

Der Kurzurlaub war sehr gelungen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt, die Wohnung war sauber und ist hübsch eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist super beschrieben.

Schönes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Gute Lage, alle Spaziergänge und Einkäufe sind fussläufig zu erledigen. Sehr ruhig..
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, zu zweit, vielleicht nicht ganz gut geeignet, aber für 1 - 2 Wochen durchaus gut.

Neu, hell und gemütlich. Sehr sauber, super Kaffeemaschine!
Für einen Kurzurlaub ausreichend, da sehr klein. Einzig die Matratze sehr fest, da eine Ausziehcouch! Sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet.

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Wir hatten einen schönen einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der kleinen, aber nett eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist direkt hinter dem Deich an der Strandpromenade gelegen, sodass sowohl der Ortskern als auch die verschiedenen Strandabschnitte zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt angemessen. Die Küchennische bietet die Möglichkeit, kleinere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Der in der Beschreibung angegebene Föhn fehlte leider, dafür gab es entgegen der Beschreibung einen kostenlosen WLAN-Zugang, der auch einwandfrei funktionierte.
Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung zufrieden und empfehlen sie gerne weiter.

Sauber und ordentlich. Ausstattung war nicht ganz zufriedenstellend
Grundsätzlich war das Apartment zufriedenstellend. Was wir sehr schade fanden das es kein Bratpfanne keinen Fön kein Spülmittel und nichtmal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und Seife gab, so dass wir nach der Anreise erstmal einkaufen mussten... aber alles in allem liegt das Apartment schön und war sauber und ordentlich.
