Excellent location and very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Only complaint was that a few times waited a while at desk for assistance when checking in or out. Person was not there and otherwise engaged. All staff very pleasant though.

Property was clean and the staff was very nice. Location is perfect to do everything you may want to do. Only thing I would say is there is no microwave on property that we saw to reheat food and no chairs in the room, just the bed and a bench.

This is a very tasteful hotel, based in three buildings, and with a feeling of simple luxury. All the staff are very nice and helpful. My room was lovely, and the bed was excellent. Two tiny notes: the boat lock on the room door did not function, and one of the window blinds had a broken slat. These are trivial issues, but perhaps the management should know.
