Be ware, a company is renting this out, not a homeowner. You will have to use VRBO and The Landing app to contact the owner. Upon asking a question about my reservation, it took 10 days to hear back from the owner. This was after my security deposit was taken from my account.Upon arrival, the cleaning staff was still in the unit. She had just stripped the beds and thrown the towels in the washer and claimed the dryer was broken. We checked in around 4:00, one hour after check in. She claimed it would only take about an hour to clean the place and she would need to run to target to buy all new linens and towels. She returned around 6:00 with everything, including toilet paper, handsoap, basic necessities of a rental. If was almost like they weren’t expecting us? I got ahold of landing and they said cleaning doesn’t take more than an hour. Yet we walked in on the lady at 4:00 (no idea how long she had already been there) and didn’t leave until 6:30. She didn’t have a way to lock the door so we had to sit there the whole time and wait for her to finish or leave all our stuff unlocked in the unit with her. The unit was missing basic things like rugs in the bathroom (flooring is unfinished cement and not great to walk around on without shoes), nightstands, tissues, coasters, etc. Very very minimal kitchenware. All the being said, the location made this place okay. We walked almost everywhere and scored free parking all week along broadway.
