My flight was rerouted in the middle of the night because of weather, and the hotel counted me as a no-show, sold my room, and then still charged me for a night! Even when expedia reached out on my behalf, the hotel would not relent on the charge. I would not EVER recommend a stay at this hotel.

Hospital stay

We stayed here because my husband had heart surgery at Barnes Hospital. It was close to the hospital and that was convenient for me. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was quiet, the staff was all good to me, and the breakfast and coffee were delicious. Room was comfortable and quiet. I would stay again!

My family of 5 enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was in a great location from downtown, the breakfast options were great, we appreciated the saltwater pool and the staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was that the front desk attendant did not communicate the $75 hold fee for incidentals initially. We had to ask.

Safe n Quiet

Chuana made my stay extra fun, but the clean and quiet and safe area was a welcome change from other properties we have tried. The breakfast area stayed stocked with rotating options, everything was great smelling, and there was no issue at all. You can tell the area has hard water, but that's no one's fault. Next time we will bring some clarifying hair product, but will 100% be back!
