Please clean the black mold off the bottom of your showers. It’s there in every room I stay in. And a couple rolls of toilet paper on the back of the toilet would be nice

All is good. Was disappointed water slide wasn’t available. We didn’t know it was only available on the weekends. But at least we know now. Otherwise very clean hotel.

Loved the location and ease of getting food from the connected restaurant. Downsides: bathtub, that only some rooms have are very small. Also, the window of my room, facing the same side as the main doors was drafty. Would still stay here again but would request to stay in different side of the building.

We had an excellent stay excpet for the fact that the smoke alaram kept beeping. It was happening when we got there so they sent maintenace to fix it. It stopped beeping and then at 12:30am when we were all asleep it started beeping again. Front desk sent security up who did nothing for us only go get a manager. We unhooked it from the wall and it kept beeping. The manager said he woukd take it and fix it and if not he would move us to a new room. He left and theb the security guard showed back up moments later with two bottles of water and 2 cans of pepsi as an apology. Meanwhile, we tried to stay awake expecting the manager to show up with a new smoke alarm as he said he would not have us sleeping in a room without it. He never did show back up and we slept terrribky all night thinking he would randomly show up. Nothing else was ever said to us.

Construction going on was quite noisy during the day. A/C was not controlled from in the room and wifi did not reach to our room most the time. Staff were amazing pool was good. Wish it was deeper.
