Perfection!

From the phone call a few days prior to arrival to leaving was perfect! The house has everything you need. Rent a car, there is no walking to town. The showers in this home are AMAZING!!! Kitchen has everything! The fridge always had plenty of ice. You will not be disappointed with this rental!

Love, love, love

This is a terrific house. Well stocked with things like foil, spices, trash bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. They provided small bath soap and shampoo to get you through the first night. The outside space is gorgeous. Plenty of room for 8 of us. We loved the location and the neighborhood. There are pool floats, beach chairs, 2 coolers, and beach towels in beach bags. There is a regular coffee pot not a keurig. There is a picture of a big green egg online. It is not there but there is a very nice grill. Communication is great. Very responsive. The upstairs bedroom does not cool down as well as the others but it’s ok. We definitely would rebook this house!

Villa South Palm saves the day!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa South Palm. The house setting in Virgin Grande Estates provides a lot of peace and quiet. The pool and outdoor areas are great. Interior is comfortable and very well appointed. We cooked lots of meals at the house the kitchen is well stocked and has high end appliances. Beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed the outdoor showers and large bathrooms with tons of storage. Power outages on the island could have really put a damper on our stay but with the Villa’s solar setup and Tesla batteries we never lost power, very fortunate. Miller properties is always easy to work with and quick to respond to text inquiries, thanks Beth!

Great View! A perfect 4 couple escape

Everything was great! The pool, the living space, the bedrooms! Top quality amenities and views! Management was very responsive to questions. Not a lot of cabinet space for food - but a huge selection of glasses and plate ware! Bedrooms had individual AC controls and en suite bathrooms with oversized showers. If we get back to St John’s, we’d get this house!

Like your own little resort

Peaceful, serene, functional, fun and beautiful. This property is a total gem. Enough space to find serenity and privacy, plus gathering spaces to create memories. Driving to the property is definitely a task, so don’t expect to zip in and out of town. Plan your visit carefully and buy your supplies before heading up. But the payoff is the exceptional view and absolute privacy, lush landscaping and wildlife. Everything we needed was on hand. Laundry was a huge bonus. Sooooo clean when we arrived.

50 th Birthday Celebration

We arrived by Red Hook Ferry and JP met us to take us up to property. He gave us a run down in the house, a nice basket of snacks, and phone numbers for some taxis (Chico was great) House was clean and better than the pictures. We enjoyed sunset everyday from the pool. Outdoor showers were great, just wish a little warmer on the water and more water pressure in the upper floor. Beach towels, chairs, coolers provided. Sonos speaker throughout house was great. We cooked a lot and there was everything we needed. The water is filtered and there is an ice machine ( that did not work on our trip) It is located in a great spot for day trips and nice and quiet at night. We would definitely book again.

An October 2023 Getaway

The property was clean and maintained. While it was close enough to Cruz Bay, it was far enough to be quiet and relaxing after a day of activities with a great view to top it off with. The owner and property management company were helpful when needed. I would recommend to anyone looking for their getaway.

St John's Trip

We had a great trip. House was amazing! The honor bar (there was a fully stocked bar, there for our use as long as we contributed as much as we used) was a cool feature. Central air in all living spaces was very important as it was very hot this August. Outdoor showers in the suitedwas a fun touch. Kitchen was the most equipped than any other place we have stayed. Our host was very responsive and even came one evening to relocate a wayward iguana from the pool deck

Great property!

The house was everything it was portrayed to be. Great views with great lounging areas inside and out. Well equipped kitchen , coolers, beach chairs , large laundry facility. Like most of St John it’s an effort to get to the property( car sick and those with vestibular problems beware) however it’s convenient to several local restaurants ( don’t miss sunset at the Windmill bar) and only 13 minutes back into Cruz Bay. Beaches are generally 20 - 30 minutes away. Owners have a property manager that meets you in town and brings you to house and provides details on house and can answer some local knowledge questions for you. Outdoor showers are cool but beware the water pressure is a bit low but who cares when you are looking out over both chocolate hole and the Grrat Cruz bay. If showers are your thing consider the lower inside bedroom. All in all a great property !

Exceeded expectations

Villa South Palm was pure perfection! The outdoor spaces are incredible, versatile for all weather and sun angles. The interior is beautiful - fabulous wood ceilings, delightful decorations in every room, wonderful chef's kitchen, four equally lovely king suites. Agree with other reviewers that the pictures are good but really can't do it justice. Eric from James Miller navigated us to and familiarized us with the villa, which was helpful after a long travel day. We loved every minute of our stay!

Outstanding!

Our family of 6 (two teenagers, parents and grandparents) had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home. The ease of booking, communicating, arrival and departure were all seamless. The home itself is spotless and very well stocked. They thought of everything and all items were top-notch! We felt comfortable with spaces to spread out, but also great main areas for us to be together. The beds are comfy, each room has its own AC controls, rooms are quiet (soundproof) and we all slept wonderful! The outdoor space is breathtaking. We were constantly enjoying the view - coffee in the mornings, evenings in the pool, and even the walk from the driveway is gorgeous! The sunset was the highlight of our stay! They also have beach chairs, coolers and towels to help make every day at the beach a breeze! Just pack your swim suit…they have everything you will need in this spectacular home! We hope to be back soon. Thank you again for the perfect “home away from home”!

Awesome stay at Villa South Palm

The Villa was excellent. It was exactly as advertised, actually it might have been even better than advertised. Good location, Clean, awesome views, great pool, and really everything you needed. I would certainly stay here again.
