Gross misrepresentation of "luxury" (which is how the hotel advertises themselves on their website). Faulty sewage systems caused backed-up toilets and flooding and exposed family to biohazardous environment in our 1st unit. Family was moved to a different unit that was Filthy, Unsanitary, and with Unsafe Conditions as well: Hanging Wires, Mold, Cracked Windows, No Hot Water, Clogged Shower and Sink Drains, Torn and Dirty Bedding, Bugs, Disgustingly Soiled Seat Coverings and Cushions, Cracked Windows, Extremely Dirty Floors, etc... I have reported the hotel/owners to the Grenada Tourism Authority, Grenada Consumer Affairs, and Health & Safety, and will be following up. Hotels.com needs to investigate and reevaluate is this is a place that they are okay with listing as a 3-star hotel on their platform. The minimum expectation for 3-star is clean, well-maintained and comfortable for guest. The hotel is not safe, clean (not even sanitary), or comfortable. They are operating with a gross lack of maintenance. The owners have NO integrity, and refused cooperation or any accountability for the conditions of their property.
