I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff was friendly overall. When I arrived, the front desk agent was on the phone. I completely understand the importance of helping the customer you’re already assisting, and I had no problem waiting. The only part that felt awkward was that I stood there for quite a while without any acknowledgment, not even eye contact. Not from the agent or another employee who walked through the area. Maybe it’s the past life customer service manager in me, but I’ve always believed that a great guest experience starts with that first interaction, even if it’s just a quick smile or a “we’ll be right with you.” That small gesture would’ve made all the difference. Everything else was great, and if that moment had been handled a bit differently, I would’ve gladly given a full five stars on service. I’m hoping the little bit of positive suggestion helps. I look forward to staying at the hotel again.
