Awful experience with homeowners
We arrived at our rental and notice there was a hook in the main hall labeled “pool key” and there was a “key” on that hook. That key would not go into the lock. Many in our group tried to make the key go in and unlock the gate to the pool. It never unlocked the gate.
I texted the helpline and 24 hours later received this response “tell her the key is on the hook. I saw it there when I checked the rental”. I texted and let the helpline know that yes there was a key on the hook however it is not for the pool gate. They said they would let the local team know that. Next day no response. So I let the helpline know the kids were climbing the gate to get into the pool. Helpline responded with glad we solved this problem for you. Never will stay with VASACA again.
