Upon request and based on availability ONLY: We may be able to line up some short term trailer parking for boats, waverunners, side by sides, etc on the property. Also, WE MAY (based on availability) be able to give you access to a single car garage located right next to the condo to park in or to put all your bikes, side by sides or any other recreational belongings.

Parking: With our unit, we have a garage that you can park outside of if necessary which reserves you a spot close by so you don't have to ever compete for parking like most St George resorts.

Included in the nightly rate gives you access to everything below and includes a pass for up to 10 guests to the newly acquired Green Valley Resort located right in the back yard. Price is $5/day for every guest after 10 and not all condo's in Las Palmas have access for that many people so this is another big feature our condo provides.
