Family time

First, communication with host Blake immediately. Everything clean and well maintained, extra towels, blankets, the beds very comfy, sofa- bed extremely easy to pull and put together again and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen, we love to cook. Above expectation. Thank you Blake. 100% recommended.

House was impeccably clean and comfortable, within walking distance of everything we wanted. Nearest beach was a 12-minute drive. We cooked nearly all breakfasts and dinners -- appliances were excellent, although the kitchen could have used a better sauté pan as well as a vegetable peeler.

Lovely property, convenient location and a prompt and attentive host! We enjoyed our stay here. Coordinating activities & transportation among nearby wedding guests made life simple—the porch was a great gathering spot! We would love to return to St Augustine for further exploration from this spot again sometime!

Explore the Old City

We stayed at the Lincolnville cottage for a short trip to the Old City celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday. The location was perfect for roaming the historic district. We walked to the Old City multiple times to shop, sightsee, and even for a late night ghost tour. Bonus that we were able to walk up to the marina and Bridge of Lions for the 4th of July fireworks! As for the house it is beautiful! It is obvious that a lot of care and attention went into redoing the house. The rental is well maintained and CLEAN! The beds were comfy (even the sleeper sofa!) and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and we were able to fix and enjoy several meals in the kitchen. The shower is spacious and has good water pressure, and my daughters loved the claw foot tub! Can't say enough about what a gem this is!

Clean, cozy, convenient!

The house is as advertised. It looks as clean, as organized, as cozy as it appears. Has everything you need, and remained fully stocked on toilet paper, and paper towels. The hosts were incredible! Walking distance from the historic district. I have zero complaints about this listing. It’s worth every penny!

Great location! Amazing porch! Cozy stay!

This was a great location. Quiet street in neighborhood close to historic sites and easy access for driving over the bridge to beaches. House is adorable with cozy rooms and spacious front porch. Host seemed attentive and did not leave a list for check-out. Stress free process all around!

Cute cottage with everything we needed

This was the home base of three generations of my family for a short vacation in St. Augustine. Check-in was smooth with directions arriving the day before. The cottage was spotless with all of the amenities we might have needed.
