Located a short drive from Downtown Jacksonville and historic St. Augustine and just 10 minutes from Nocatee, this home offers a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, a coffee bar, upstairs laundry, and a serene screened lanai for morning coffee. The spacious garage provides easy parking and storage. Across the street, enjoy resort-style amenities: a pool, cabana, fitness center, playground, volleyball court, and dog park. We look forward to making your stay special!
