Sunburst Cottage Beachside

Ven a disfrutar de nuestro hermoso alquiler de vacaciones junto a la playa. Casa de estilo antiguo de la Florida bien equipada y recién remodelado está totalmente amueblado. Hay alta velocidad a internet inalámbrico, así como de televisión por cable

Las muchas características incluyen nuevos electrodomésticos en la cocina completa, lavadora-secadora, dos amplios dormitorios, chimenea, aire acondicionado central y el calor, una sala de estar con cama doble, así como un porche que puede servir como un dormitorio adicional.

Hay 1 1/2 baños, así como una ducha exterior. La terraza al aire libre se ha construido en un Jacuzzi. La Casa se encuentra al este de la A1A Beach Blvd (no frente al mar pero muy cerca) a sólo tres casas de la playa en una calle tranquila. Está en una sección de Saint Augustine Beach que no permite la circulación por la playa por lo que es menos gente y más privado. La casa es de aproximadamente 50 yardas de la playa. Sí se permite perros y St Augustine Beach playa es muy agradable para perros.

Se trata de un corto paseo hasta el muelle de pesca y 14 cafeterías y restaurantes están a poca distancia.

Another Great Stay

Convenient clean and cozy beachside house

Clean, convenient to beach and restaurants. Hot tub was clean and nice. Outdoor shower was great when 4 adults are sharing.

Spring getaway!

We were happy to spend time at the beach and it was the perfect location, close to several bars, restaurants and beach. My only suggestion would be to purchase beach towels, there were none. If people were flying in they would be hard pressed. And I would upgrade some of the kitchen utensils otherwise we had a great time!

Great Location but ...

Sunburst cottage is centrally located but the week we were there they were replenishing the beach. The fishing pier didn't reach the ocean and we had to walk down the outside of the beach to get to the ocean. Other then that it was a great stay.

Sunburst

This is an old school beach bungalow. Steps from the beach. Very well decorated. Some modern renovations- but overall still that small beach cottage feel. We absolutely fell in love with it. It was perfect for our family of 4 with dogs. We love the area and have established our go-to spots when not at the beach. Owners were very nice in our limited communications. Great cottage!

Another Great Stay

This is our 4th time staying at Sunburst Cottage. It’s quiet and comfortable. Home has everything you need and then some. Very short walk to the beach and places to eat. Michael is great to communicate with and so nice. I definitely recommend staying at Sunburst Cottage.

Wonderful home steps from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family and just what we needed. Beach access was perfect and only steps from the home. (The access does not have a boardwalk, but there is a beach access a block up from the home with a boardwalk.) The street is very quiet. We stayed over the 4th of July week and never had an issue with noise. The home is well kept and had beautiful, unique furniture. The private deck area with hot tub was enjoyable in the evenings. The trundle day bed on the porch was perfect for our two boys. The kitchen cabinets and counters are nicely updated, per the description, but are not represented in the pictures. You can tell the property owners take pride in their home and communicated great with check-in. The property is also very close to lots of restaurants and only a few blocks from the pier. There is a publix close by and other shops a short drive away. Thank you for the stay!

Did not disappoint.

This was our second time staying at Sunburst Cottage and we absolutely enjoy the location to the beach and the ability to walk to several restaurants, ice-cream shops and the farmers market on the pier. The enclosed back deck with the hot tub is nice for relaxing in the morning or evening and being able to let our pup run around and play. This trip we met some very nice locals that let our dog play with theirs on the beach. We are hoping to return in the future.

Steps to the beach.

Lovely property. Private, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped with everything you need, down to bikes, games, books etc. Steps to the beach without having to cross any roads. Large walled patio with sun and shade. Ample parking. We had a great time here.

A genuine home away from home

We've stayed here twice now and its a wonderful home. Just a few houses away from the beach and abouy 10min drive from downtown st augustine. This house gives you a glimpse into what it would be like to live at the beach. 10/10 recommended

FANTASTIC

This was the first time we ever rented a house on the beach. We go to St Augustine Beach all the time for 3 and 4 day weekends so this time we decided on a house Rental and not a hotel. Good decision. The Sunburst Cottage is old and nothing fancy but it is clean,modern and in a perfect location. It is a 3 minute walk down to the beach without having to cross a highway. The cottage had smart TV's, internet, modern appliances and no carpet which made it very easy to vacuum. We walked to a number of nearby businesses and some of the nearby seafood restaurants were incredibly delicious. If you're into ice cream and sweets you'll be be quite happy here. Also, there is a Publix grocery store just down the street. The garage has a washer n dryer, bicycles, beach umbrella, beach cart and a small bathroom in there. Also, next to the hot tub is an enclosed wooden shower stall which we used to bathe the dog and then us! The Sunburst and the beach are both pet friendly and our 75 pound Goldendoodle was in heaven. There are "poop" bags conveniently located at the beach entrance so there is NO excuse to clean up after your dog. DON'T ruin for others. It was just my wife and I and this but next time we want to go again with our grandchildren. There is plenty of room for several guests. We appreciated the outdoor picnic table with shaded umbrella and we absolutely loved the hot tub which worked perfectly. We didn't use it this time but next time we'll be using the outdoor grill.
