We are one block from the beach and it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance, pier and splash park are a quick walk on beach. Wednesday market (pier),Saturday market @ amphitheater.

You can catch the trolley,sunshine bus to downtown Saint Augustine from hotels at end of streets,or park at downtown parking garage.. Grocery stores are near by Publix/Winn Dixie. Volleyball, miniature golf, and some of the best restaurants known for fresh seafood are minutes away. Shopping on beach,downtown(historical district) and outlet malls. Fishing, surfing,golfing,paddle boarding ,kayaking, jet skiing all close on island.

We are in the "GOLDEN MILE" close to everything.

Animals welcome(2)medium size only, we ask that you don't leave dogs alone all day that bark!

Neighbors are very important to us. We also have a garage with beach stuff and a couple bikes. Wednesday market at Pier, and Saturday market at Amphitheater, and we are walking distance to most restaurants, bars,coffee spots, ice cream,donut shop.

This property was everything we were looking for in a vacation property. My family of 4 often travels with my retired father and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property was clean and furniture was comfortable. The host was very communicative and reached out promptly about check in process. One of the things we really enjoyed was the location! Wonderful stay at the Yellow Cottage!

Perfect location from the beach, our family, and our favorite local coffee spot Kookaburra. The back yard with the high fence was perfect for letting our dog off leash. The interior space was perfect for my husband and I to do some mixed time off and working remote, having space in the garage to store our bikes and a great kitchen or work in. We loved our stay and look forward to the next time we can come!

Little Yellow Cottage!

Great, great location. Across the street from the beach and right in the middle of the strip with restaurants, bars, t-shirts and ice cream within walking distance! Historic St. Augustine was 10 minutes away. Kitchen had everything, beds were comfy and house was clean. Will stay again! John

Very nice property, very clean, Pam leaves everything you can need on property. Beautifully decorated, very quiet neighborhood. Supper close to beach. Most of all very dog friendly town, even beach aloes your dog on a leash. Very satisfied
