The beds were comfortable, the room had nice amenities, and the location was great. The bathroom and everything else was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite nice; they had coffee, eggs, bread, cereal, and much more. I came with my family and everything went well.

The hotel was cute, the decor was cute, and the room we stayed in was really nice (and cute of course). Breakfast was delicious; much better than what I'd normally expect form a hotel breakfast. The remote/virtual check-in was a little strange and a bit hard to hear, but really wasn't that different from a normal check-in.

We upgraded to an ocean view room, which was nice. But the west bed was horrible, the mattress was almost concave. The staff was very helpful and nice. 👍 Being a disabled veteran no elevator was a little awkward.

The Ocean Sands Boutique Inn was clean and the location was fabulous. The check-in process was not seamless though. It was "automated" via an offsite person similar to a call center. Unfortunately, the key card issued through the automatic teller did not work, so I had to go back and ask for another one which also didn't work. Then I had to wait while the call center contacted an on-site person to get me a room key which worked. After a long day of travel this is not the hassle I needed. The call center person also gave me false information about the shuttle to St. Augustine which also cost me time and aggrevation.

Great room, great beachside. Reasonably cheap if a beach view isn’t that important and you don’t mind walking 100 yard to the beach. Definitely a good cheap, beach weekend idea.

We had an amazing stay at Ocean Sands! The location couldn’t be better — breakfast right on the beach with beautiful views every morning. The staff went above and beyond, and a special thank you to Julio, who was especially helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel felt very safe and family-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Fantastic service, spotless rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape with great hospitality
