St Augustine Beach Condo

Our stay at the beach was delightful. The beach was right outside our of door, the condo is on the first floor. There was plenty of parking right outside the unit. Downtown St. Augustine was 15 minutes away and it seems like we went to town every day - it was a little cool for the beach although we did get to sit on the sand a little each day. Publix, Starbucks and Jersey Mikes are half a mile away and we walked there no problem. There was enough room in the condo for my husband and I plus his older parents with out us getting into each others space. The condo was very clean and supplied everything we needed. There are also more restaurants as you get closer to the Pier. Lots of Ice Cream Stores!

Nice place - good location

Overall it was a nice experience. Tight in one bedroom for two of us in separate beds. Problems with lock the night we arrived and again during the week. Response was immediate but took time to resolve. Quiet atmosphere, friendly neighbors, beautiful pool!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and has everything you need in kitchen. Literally sits right off the beach, private entrance to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed St. Augustine day and night tour. The host is quickly to respond to any text or concerns. High recommend this place.

Location was good, short walk to beach. Parking,nightmare,called Vacasa,got a lady in AZ. Only 1 car could park at condo she said, others would have to park 2 miles away?! Didn't know enough about condo or area. Unit was smaller than it looked, only 4 towels for 4 adults. Didn't want to wash daily on vacation.

Adventure to St Augustine

Everything was good, clean and acceptable to stay in. Wish we could have seen the ocean more, but at least we were able to walk to it nearby. We were suppose to stay a month at our condo, but had to leave early due to me getting sick with Covid 19 and pneumonia, so we only stayed 9 days out of our 28 days. I ended up in the hospital and really can't say that our experience was great here in St Augustine due to my sickness, yet the times i felt good, I believe it was a good stay and opportunity to visit the historical city. All in all, the staff, guards and management were kind and considerate plus the condo adequate during our stay.

In the Middle of Everything

Our condo was neat, comfortable and spacious. The pictures and description of the unit were completely accurate, My sister-in-law and I spent three relaxing, yet fun filled weeks in St. Augustine. We enjoyed the local restaurants, the nearby Anastasia a State Park, downtown St. Augustine, and, of course, the beach which was steps away from our condo. We were close enough to have day trips to WDW, Kennedy Space Center, and Blue Spring State Park. All worthwhile! Looking forward to another stay!

This condo was exactly as it was described. Checking in was the easiest and the condo was extremely clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. I really liked that the second bedroom had a single and a queen. The location was perfect and easy access to the beach, restaurants and Publix. I will definitely rent this condo again. Close to everything

This was our first time using vrbo. Management of this listing were on point! The condo was super convenient to everything you could possibly need. It's right on the beach ♡ Easy 1st floor access. A very clean unit, decorated with a beachy feel. I was working during part of our stay here and the internet speed was fantastic! Plenty of room for whatever you need to bring along. Decent cable channels too! Wish we could have spent more time there. This has nothing to do with the unit itself, rather the employees on site.. all nice folks, however I wanted to recognize Chuck specifically - he is one of the gentleman who are at the guard shack. Such a super great guy!!! Thank you to all for a great experience!

Nice Condo

Solid little space. We only slept here and spent the weekend out in the city. Being on the first floor next to the parking lot made loading / unloading super easy. (Of course, this means a view of the parking lot from the condo.) Perfect for what we needed.
