Great Condo

Great location at the beach and close to restaurants and local shopping. Had everything we needed for our family. The pool and location of the pool was amazing! Clean, quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Fabulous Ocean View

From the initial reservation to check out things could not have been nicer. Condo was cute and very clean. Ocean view was incredible and had it been a bit warmer we would have loved the proximity of pool and ocean from this unit. Beautiful skies as the sun rose each morning. Wonderful week away! Would stay here again

Great stay!!

Property is in excellent condition, better than pictures. Everything is updated and clean. Located away from the hustle and bustle of St Augustine but still easy to get to everything. Host communicated several times before and during our stay. The beach is white sand and very smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for kids

We had a great week at Crescent Beach. This beach is amazing for kids. It is flat and shallow. The pool was great and easy access to the beach. The grounds were clean and we had no issues. My only advice is PACK LIGHT. There are no elevators or luggage carts. Loading and unloading was a chore. We left all our beach stuff in our vehicle to avoid having to lug it up and down each day. The bugs were terrible at night too. We couldn’t enjoy the pool or our balcony after dark. All locals told us that was uncommon though so hopefully it’s a weather issue.

Beautiful beach views

Comfortable, pretty apartment unit. Everything we needed was there. Loved the easy access to the beach! We had a relaxing week and loved St Augustine. Just be aware that there are stairs involved - getting to the apartment and also to the bedrooms. Not an issue for us, but maybe for others.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

The unit was clean, updated and had everything we needed and then some. One of the easiest rental processes we’ve encountered. The view was amazing!!! Not a single disappointment or complaint. Would definitely come back.

Little bit of paradise

The view to the beach was great out of the glass patio doors and the sunsets off the patio overlooking the river were even better. Met lots of nice people while watching the sunset.

Sharp Place With Beautiful Views

Unit was well appointed with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Check in was easy. Friendly management on and off premises. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Pools freezing cold...

The property is very nice and well manicured. Only issues we had was wife has bad knee and struggled with the stairs.. (Guess that was missed during booking) We also thought the pools were heated,(another miss) and thought a simple solar cover would have easily warmed the children's pool enough to be useable. And on 2nd day, wife washed dishes in sink, we went beach, and I came back to condo to find water all over kitchen floor and sink cabinet. I cleaned it all up and re-attached the main sink drainpipe. Simple process and no more leaks but may want to have that checked. Other than that, was very nice. After we left to Panama City I realized I possibly left my shoes behind. I contacted David and he located and mailed them to me. Very nice guy, matter of fact he even helped me unload a very full car when I first arrived. Thank you David.

Great views!

Ocean House is always amazing! We’ve stayed at this complex several times. Granny’s Rest wasn’t as updated as the other units we have previously rented but it had everything we needed. I was a little disappointed that there was no washer and dryer within the unit itself. Therefore we had to pay to use the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay there.

Yes, Really This Beautiful!

Would we book this condo again? ABSOLUTELY!! The photos are accurate, and the views are beautiful whether you are looking at the sunrise over the ocean, the powdery-smooth sand, or the sunset over the inter-coastal. Bring your groceries and cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Check-in was easy, as was communicating with the host (even though we didn’t have any problems or need ANYTHING!). We can’t wait to return! 5 stars! Camie & Pete

Great vacation

First time to visit St, Augustine, We had a great time even though the weather was not ideal, The property was great. We had everything we needed for the week. We will rent this property again. Only negative thing is there is no elevator to the 2nd floor, lots of steps if you have trouble with walking up stairs.

Nice

The website does state there is no elevator, but there are no ramps, just stairs to move in and out. No property manager on site but emails and text were answered quickly. No instructions with the TV. No local channels. No tables just bar stools for dining. Overall plesant stay with a few inconveniences.

Crescent Beach Getaway

Overall experience was excellent. The view is fantastic and the whole strip from St Augustine to Flagler gave us plenty to do. Will definitely return. Recommendations: Beach chairs Welcome mat to keep from tracking in sand
