We had a very pleasant stay at this bungalow. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was great, close to many restaurants and places to explore, which made everything very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The bungalow was so clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. I was a little worried in the beginning that there was no stove, but the owner had seriously thought about everything and there was a little plug-in stove top. It also had all of the utensils needed for the grill. I was pleasantly surprised with the bungalow and would definitely book again.

All good things to report. Super clean. Newly updated inside. Nicely decorated. All the amenities needed were on hand. Very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to historic downtown so didn’t have to pay for parking every day. The host, Trevor, was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Next time we visit St. Augustine we’ll look to stay there again!

Cute property in a great location. Nothing to cook on except outdoor grill and air fryer. No cooktop or cookware. Not even a way to heat more than I cup of water. Other than that, comfy and cozy

Only a couple of suggestions

The property was especially great for us because the friends we were visiting live next door! The unit was small but manageable. Two suggestions: Get the back fence fixed so it can be moved without injuring the mover. Also, put towel racks in the bathroom. You could move the art to the wall on the other side and put a double rack on that wall. We had nowhere to dry our towels.

Great Host

Trevor went above and beyond. From start to finish he was informative and courteous. There was plenty of careful thought and attention put into our bungalow, which we appreciated during our stay in St Augustine. We would recommend to anybody stopping in to this beautiful the city.

Great location cozy place

We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow while moving our Flager student into college. It was walking distance to everything and perfect for the two of us.
