Este es nuestro apartamento frente al mar de dos habitaciones / dos baños. Entras en el primer piso y no tendrás que preocuparte por subir escaleras. La unidad tiene suficiente para dormir seis. Está amueblado con una nueva cama king, dos gemelos y un sofá cama. Hay dos televisores. Hay una televisión de 52 "en la sala de estar, VCR, DVD y estéreo. Pisos de baldosas en todo lo que lo hace fresco para el verano y fácil de limpiar de la arena. Hay una parrilla de carbón para que nuestros huéspedes puedan disfrutar de la parrilla en su propia unidad. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Our favorite restaurant was Osteens for shrimp.our least favorite thing was that we live too far away for more frequent visits.The peace and beauty of Summerhouse will stay with us till we are able to return.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Never crowded except on Memorial Day but even then not too crowded to enjoy the beach. The condo staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Loved it. Be back in September.

Great Except for the Roach Infestation

Reviewer Comments: I loved staying at Summerhouse and I particularly loved the location and unit 107 (beautifully appointed and quite comfortable--I plan on bringing my writing retreat back to Summerhouse next year). However--and I am a lifelong Floridan who grew up in St. Augustine)--the unit has a terrible roach problem. We killed roaches in every room, including closets, kitchen, living area, bathrooms, and both bedrooms, every day. And now I'm afraid I might have brought some "travelers" home with me. The unit, while beautiful, is in deep need of pest control.

We cooked most meals at home: kitchen is well stocked. Owner of unit is one of kindest and most generous owners we've ever dealt with at Summerhouse. Staff of Summerhouse is kind, efficient and easy to work with. Great people. Great spot.

Truly appreciated the "chilled pool" after a couple hours on the blazing hot beach. Would recommend a pest control service as there were a number of earwigs, cockroaches and spiders found everyday. Light in bottom of microwave that shines on stove needs replacing and the toilet seat in the master bath needs to be tightened. Would rent this condo again!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in May 2022. The condo is clean and well-appointed. We liked the end unit and the close proximity to the pool and beach access. The view of the beach and ocean is hindered by grassy mounds/dunes. Our biggest complaint is the furniture. Though in nice shape visibly, the living room furniture is broken down to the point there is no comfortable place to sit in the room. We didn’t need the pull-out bed, but I would imagine a good night’s rest would *not* take place because the suspension on the couch is shot. On the up side, the bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. Also, a nice feature is the two sinks in the master bath and the towel hooks and racks. These are features missing in most condo rentals of this nature. We were happy enough with the unit but we likely will try to rent a unit with a better view on our next trip.

He loves cucumbers and will eat them from your hand. This condo was great!
