Casa de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños con piscina en el campo de golf 45 minutos a las Secuoyas gigantes

Bienvenido a Springville CA, a solo 3 horas al norte de Los Ángeles y 3. 5 horas al sur de San José, en las estribaciones de las montañas de la Sierra. Estamos a 90 minutos al sur del Parque Nacional Sequoia y a 45 minutos al oeste del Parque Balch, hogar de los árboles más grandes del mundo.
Esta es la casa perfecta para un grupo grande, 5 habitaciones, 4 baños, (3 de las habitaciones son suites con baño privado) y muchas áreas al aire libre para disfrutar. La casa tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente, pero puede acomodar más, perfecta para grupos grandes, bodas, reuniones o vacaciones familiares.
Nuestra casa está en la calle 13, justo al otro lado de la calle de la casa club de River Island Country Club. Cuenta con una piscina privada, cercada por seguridad y está lista para su grupo. Disfrute de Bocce ball, Corn Hole, toneladas de juegos de mesa y 2 barbacoas (gas y carbón de leña). Tenemos HD Direct TV con la mayoría de los canales de películas y en cada habitación un sistema de música Sonos con Pandora, XM, Spotify y otros servicios de música.
Acabamos de construir una maravillosa sala de juegos con mesa de billar, ping pong, guitarras de dardos y muchas otras cosas divertidas. Esta es una gran sala con aire acondicionado para pasar el rato o simplemente relajarse y descansar. Se ha convertido en el lugar favorito de la casa con nuestros huéspedes.
Toda la casa fue aislada recientemente y se instaló una nueva unidad de aire acondicionado para que la casa se mantenga a la temperatura que prefiera.
La cocina tiene una nevera / congelador grande con una máquina de hielo y una segunda en la sala de juegos, hay mucho espacio para toda la comida y bebida de su grupo.
Hemos diseñado las áreas de estar al aire libre para aprovechar el clima perfecto de Springville. Es una casa maravillosa para su grupo grande. Los horarios de salida preferidos están disponibles para nuestros huéspedes.

Nos ubicamos en las estribaciones de las montañas de la Sierra, por lo que es un corto viaje en automóvil para ver los árboles más grandes del mundo o un divertido día de exploración del río Tule. Incluso puedes ver algunas Secuoyas gigantes desde el patio trasero.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. If you’re looking for a great house with lots of space for family and friends this one is a perfect fit. It’s very clean and great for spending time with friends and family. The property manager is great to work with and gets back to you immediately would definitely stay at this property again. Perfect for golf trips, family visits and relaxing with friends.

Great home.

What a great home. We spent most of the day at Lake Success, this place was only 3 miles away, making it very convenient for us. After a day at the lake the family had a great time in the pool and the game room. This place had everything to our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely return.

Great Place in Springville

Been staying here for years. Every year the owner makes great upgrades to the house. Very comfortable accommodations.

Perfect Golf Getaway

We have been staying here for the past 6 years and every year the owner of this property does something to upgrade the property making each year better then the last. We love staying near the golf course and relaxing in the pool in the late afternoon. Another great trip.

Great time

My family had a blast in the short time we stayed here. There was so much to do here without leaving the house. We were here for a wedding and it allowed my family to be in one place and I will treasure my time here always. The host and property mananger were very nice and communicate quickly. I will gladly stay herr again.

Family Friendly Property!!

This property has it all from books, games galore and the wonderful pool that we spent many hours in. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host, Steve, was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. We highly recommend this house as a great getaway for the family!!!

Great weekend

Our stay in Springville was great. We had a group of 10 and the house fit us perfect! We had room to gather and enough space to unwind and recharge. The pool worked out terrific. We are excited to see how the golf course looks in the future. The house had everything we expected and we even had some little frog surprises in the evening that was really cool.

Family Wedding

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed breakfast each morning outside on the large covered porch. The location was good. We had a wedding to attend in Porterville and went the other direction for a day in the mountains. We even drove to the coast for a beach day.

Perfect for our multigenerational family get-together

The house perfectly accommodated ten family members of 3 generations for our stay. We took some day trips to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks, as well as to the Trail of 100 Giants in Sequoia National Forest which were all beautiful. We were able to get back to the house in the afternoons with plenty of time to spare for swimming in the pool. The host was friendly and responsive, and everyone had a great time.

Great house

We stayed at the property for a friends wedding that was being held in springville. The house is perfect for a large number if people. The house sleeps a number of people and three of the rooms have attached baths. The house offers lots of family activities(darts, games, ping pong , swimming). The house manager greeted us and was very helpful! We would book again for sure.

Terrific place to stay

We stayed at River Island Rancho back in October 2015 because our daughter was getting married at Springville Ranch. Always meant to write a review. It met our needs wonderfully. Close enough to the venue and plenty of room for us to get ready without being on top of each other. The owner/manager were very accommodating. In hindsight, we would have loved to have more time to enjoy the house and surroundings after the wedding. I highly recommend this property.

Family Trip

We spent two weeks here with family coming from So-Cal and Nor-Cal. The house was clean and has a nice big table for family dinners and games. Everyone loved the pool; it has a nice deep end and is a great temperature. Steve was a VERY responsive, accommodating and kind host. He was flexible with us brining our dogs and we appreciated him and his property manager a great deal. His cleaners were also really friendly and kind; they even ran outside to catch us before we left because my son left a beloved stuffie.

Well stocked, comfortable home!

We had a wonderful Independence Day weekend here with friends. We swam, played games, cooked meals together. The kids ran freely in the yard. The house was well stocked for a good vacation, pool towels, sonos music system, plenty of shade around the pool, games, all the dishes you could need. It is a really great setup! It was super hot outside, 100+, but the AC worked beautifully and kept us cool when we weren't in the pool. We didn't even leave the house for the entire weekend!

Wonderful house!

Our family of 12 and 4 dogs stayed at this property for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room for all of us, with plenty to do. We really enjoyed the game room, as it gave my two young kids something to do that didn't involve screens. We also REALLY enjoyed having the golf course behind the house, and since it is currently closed it basically worked out like having a park behind the house that was never crowded. We went out back and chipped some balls, threw some frisbees, and also took our bikes and electric scooters out on the trails. This was probably the highlight of our trip as we like to be outdoors. The one downside that I heard everyone talking about was the beds. We do have some older folks in our group (myself included), and the beds weren't that great to sleep on at night and most everyone woke up with sore backs. The owner should definitely look to upgrade. Aside from this, I would definitely recommend this house to friends, and will not hesitate to stay at again in the future. The communication with the host was great and everything from check in to check out was clearly communicated.

Wonderful Trip!

We had a wonderful time at this property! We came here during Covid-19 for a safe change of scenery. We hardly saw any people which was great during times like this and while traveling with an immunocompromised child! The pool was refreshing during the day and so much fun for our family! The view of the golf course and mountain ranges were gorgeous. We were able to visit Balch Park and Sequoia National Park as the house was a little over an hour away from both. Both places were not busy with tons of people so that was great too! The home was clean and we thought our kids would spread out to all the bedrooms but they loved being able to share with each other :) it’s all one level which is perfect for our family as my oldest daughter cannot walk on her own due to her rare disease. The game room in the garage was great! We had fun playing darts, pool, ping pong, and ring-on-the-rope game. I was the last one to get it on the hook after my 10, 6, and 4 year olds did it! Haha! We celebrated my little one’s 4th birthday and I know it’s one he won’t forget! Thank you to Steve for being so responsive and easy to get in touch with. We would love to come back!!

Perfect place to rest before & after our daughter’s wedding at Springville Ranch! Only problem was we just didn’t have time to enjoy all the activities the house had to offer!
