Two-bedroom suite should be a 4-person accommodation. We had 3 adults and 1 infant and incurred an extra person charge. Can’t bother anyone after hours or incur emergency fee. Toilet was clogged. Room semi clean. Close to airport for early morning flight.

I like that the suites are in like a duplex setting. The office ladies were super helpful and very understanding. I think I locked myself out twice and they were very understanding and did not have an attitude when I approached them. I love that it was a safe area bc I walked to my daughter’s house everyday which is over a mile away, and I felt very safe. I grew up in a small town in central Illinois so I’m very nervous about going places. But where we stayed to my daughter’s house was a perfect and safe walk! And a grocery store was just down the road so walking to get groceries was super easy. Overall awesome stay! I stayed at Stratford Suites a couple years ago, and when I come back to Washington I will be checking for availability at Stratford Suites first!

Overall good property. Will stay here again. TV kept cutting in and out. Bummer as we really just wanted a lowkey veg night in the room. Parking lot light bled through the windows. Would be nice for black out curtains especially around that area. Room gets super stuffy if you’re not freezing yourself out with the a/c. Everyone congregates right in the corner of the parking lot right outside our room. HOWEVER… ALWAYS very clean. Great price. Convenient. Staff is friendly. Always pretty laid back. Love having the living room and separate rooms.

Check in was acceptable, location of property was easy to find in a nice area and quiet. Facility was as described. TV’s were left on when we arrived. Living Room and bathroom needed a deep clean as dust was still on the shelves and mirrors with smudges on the tables. A wipe was done but needed more attention to deep cleaning. Check out on Sunday was less then adequate. The front desk is not staffed 24/7 and no place to put room keys off hours, had to leave keys on top of a box at the office door (unsecured option) and had to call while on the road to let them know we had left. The companies website does not have a quick check out option.

The stay was great, and I have no complaints about the property at all, and would gladly stay there again, but I had one issue. I needed to check out at 6:30am, but the office was closed til 8:30, and there was nothing to instruct a customer on what to do in my situation. They left an emergency after hours number for late check-ins, which I tried calling, but no answer. So I was delayed by 2 hours due to this issue

Stratford Suites was a great stop for our group during our national park road trip. The location in Airway Heights was super convenient, especially after a long drive from Mount Rainier. The suite was clean, spacious, and well-equipped—plenty of room to spread out and relax. Having a full kitchen and comfy living area made it feel more like a home than a hotel. It was a great overnight recharge before heading to Glacier. Would definitely stay here again if passing through Spokane!

Very good stay. Secure, quiet, I appreciate the full size kitchen set up, was able to bring my blender to keep making my protein smoothies. Proximity to Spokane and such also beneficial. Would stay again

The Stratford Suites is a good location for families "passing through" but it also is used a lot for working (construction) people too. With that said, the space is good for lounging as well as rooms with doors for privacy. The dishes: we had 2 forks, 4 knives, 2 glasses, 4 coffee cups, a pot, a frying pan, a spatula, and left behind salt, pepper and dish soap. We managed, and there is a grocery store and a Walmart near the location. The office staff were accommodating with check-in, but we were there almost a week and office hours begin at 8:30am, which made needing items tough since we were off site before 8am. The location is closer to the airport than downtown, but restaurants are plenty for fast food, but it was tough looking for restaurants and such in the local area. Maid service is only on a weekly basis, which is fine, but when we asked reception for an exchange of towels, they required us to bring in the old ones so they could count the ones we had on hand. It was more of a nuisance especially since we had been there for almost a week by then. The property can be noisy early in the morning, but maybe because our unit backed to a large parking lot. I believe each unit has its own water heater, but it seemed to be hot water for the first person. Overall it was a fair stay, just not what we expected for the price we paid; but to be fair, it was graduation weekend for Gonzaga University and Mother's Day weekend which made booking anywhere around town rough.

I like that I can walk outdoors from my room. Rooms are nicely set up. Prices are below what is expected. Noise is rare. Rooms are clean. Staff is nice but lacking attention to reservation details.
