I have stayed here a couple times and they were good. This last time, when I got to my room there were used cleaning towels on the floor and I had no toilet paper. My coffee maker was broken and I told the staff twice and they never replaced it. I will definitely stay somewhere else next time

They say there’s an airport shuttle but when you ask to set the time they inform you it’s not available and our car was hit and dented badly in the parking lot and no information left about it. Will not recommend it at all. The front desk staff was rude.

Lack of communication.

We specifically chose this hotel to go for a day of shopping and soak in the hot tub for a winter get away. The hot tub was our main goal! The hot got shut down after is would not heat up and they said it had been doing this and they had to shut it down. If they knew why were we not informed before booking or at time of checkin we would have changed hotels as this was our reason for the trip. Very disappointed and should be given a comp return visit because of their lack of communication. If they knew this we should have been informed and given a choice to stay or not!

Ok stay but we planned on using shuttle and had changed hotels so we could leave cars at the hotel while traveling but we were told that their big shuttle was broken down and no ro for us on little shuttle because the had to take flight crews to airport. Was very disturbing after we had called and told it was no problem getting the early morning shuttle and we had to spend more on airport parking!
