Roomy house with a wrap around deck, picturesque views.
Completely upgraded including the kitchen and bathrooms. Pretty off the road location, super view of Acadia mountains and harbor. The house is bordered by a field, lined by woods. Being situated on a hill provides stunning views. The house has simple lines, a nice flow. Comfy furniture in the den and living room are great spots to read or just enjoy the view through big windows, you may see deer in the back field, an Osprey in the sky and always fishing or sailing boats in the harbor.
Upstairs: 1 queen in master, ensuite full bathroom, 2 rooms with a double bed, a room with 2 twins and full bathroom.
Downstairs brand new completely outfitted kitchen, den with library, living room, dining room and half bath.
Grill and lobster cooker w. picnic table and outdoor furniture on the deck.

Mt. Desert delight

The house and property were exactly as described and shown, a picturesque location in a well-maintained house. The host was very response when contacted for assistance. We had a lovely time here.

Wonderful house!

We had a lovely stay. House is large, kitchen well stocked with everything you could want! Huge deck. Multiple tables to eat and do puzzles or play games. So many books and cooking magazines to peruse through! Set up just lovely for a weeks vacation. Janet is very responsive and a joy to work with! You will enjoy your stay.

Like we owned the view of the harbor and were still hidden by trees.

This home was furnished with art books, fine literature and food periodicals. It would take hours to just read the spines. The cross breezes kept us cool. The comforters kept us in our beds. Best of all, our hosts Janet and Bob, treated us as old friends. We cannot say enough about this gem of a property.

Maine Vacation Home

Wonderful house with a large deck. Very roomy and plenty of bathrooms. Two large tables are great for board games, puzzles and dining. Secluded with great views of Southwest Harbor. Truly enjoyed our stay.
