Nice house but Vacasa did not resolve problem
Clean house on a dead end street. The backyard is next to the highway but trees block highway view. The highway noise can’t be heard in the house. Backyard is private, no houses within view. The kitchen is modern with all you need. Master bedroom is downstairs with an attached bathroom with a door that leads to the backyard. There is a tv room & a living room downstairs. A half bathroom with a washer & dryer is downstairs. There is one bedroom upstairs with 2 beds. Upstairs has a den with a tv & a pull out bed. Full bath upstairs. The pictures show there is a tv in the main bedroom but there was no tv. There are 2 tv’s, one in the tv room & the den. The tv’s both have firesticks but there is no WiFi even though the description shows complimentary WiFi. I contacted Vacasa since we could not use the tv’s and Vacasa informed me that the house did not provide WiFi even after I took a snapshot photo of house description showing it had WiFi. Vacasa then abruptly stopped texting me. I had to use a hotspot to use my laptop since the house had no WiFi. The front door was being fixed with a note on it to not use. The only entrance/exit was around to the back of the house. Prior notice of not being able to use the front door would have been appreciated. Not having WiFi & not being able to use the tv’s to watch movies on rainy days was a big let down & false advertisement. Vacasa suddenly stopped all communication and did not try to resolve the problem therefore I would not rent again.
