Very good service, very clean, a little out dated with some of the rooms but otherwise it was close to the oven, pool area was great. Staff was nice and accommodating. The staff kept the area clean.

The check-in service was nice. The surprise incident fee and resort fee, not nice. The long walk to and from the parking lot, not nice. The occasional golf cart service nice. The pool is great, the hot tub was hot. It’s a long walk to the beach. The room was spacious and very clean. The wi-fi was spotty. We couldn’t watch a movie in under 3 hours. Overall nice, but not worth $700 a night.

So we loved the pool for the kids the quick access to the beach but in the room the front door was really loose kind of made it unsafe. Also for the amout of money spent for a room and they control how much breakfast you can have. They serve frozen pancakes with boxed powdered eggs and microwaved bacon.

The stay was very nice. Clean, and the staff were very helpful. The property was well kept and they answered any questions we had. Breakfast was wonderful, did not partake in the lunch/ dinner or bar but otherwise great stay

Was charged twice for rebooking in less than 24 hours and management refused to work with me. Had no working AC for first 24 hours, poor housekeeping and a bad leak in kitchen. This was in just 3 days.

The only reason I don't give this a 5 all around is because we didn't get to try the food at the restaurant, but based on what I saw it looked good! The service was great, they had staff shuttle us back and forth in golf carts from the parking lot. It is an older property but the inside of the rooms were clean, fresh, and we had cleaning service every day. We wanted a hotel with easy access to the beach and this was it! It was a short 2 min walk down the ramp to the beach. If you're not a fan of the sand, then their large pool is perfect! I picked this hotel specifically because the pool was the largest I had seen out of all hotels in the area and the quick access to the beach. Not to mention it is right at the entrance of South Padre so you don't have to deal with the crazy traffic that forms every weekend evening further into the island. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend and stay here again.
