Great view/Walking Distance to Fun

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and cozy, it had everything we needed, and the view was spectacular, including the firework show. It was a walk away from restaurants and shops! We’ll definitely recommend this stay to our family and friends.

Amazing Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect and the house was as described. It was comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back!

Awesome property

It was nicely situated right on the bay, within easy walking distance to food and entertainment. Condo is in great shape, well taken care of. Would love to stay here again

GREAT place to stay with family

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: wonderful experience, clean, well stocked, by the water with beautiful bay view, close to everything, comfy beds- only thing needed was more towels and we didn't pack any! Other than that all GREAT

This home had a beautiful view. The beds were not comfortable. I recommend bringing an extension cord as the outlets are not easily accessible right next to the beds.

The condo was awesome!!! Perfect spot in Padre. Close to the amusement park with bars, live music and food. The only complaint was we wish the condo came with more essentials like , extra blankets and pillows. There was no house fan or board games. But over all the room and location is awesome. We had a great time

This place was beautiful, comfortable, well maintained, clean , 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. We had a little trouble getting into the pier gate . We were given 2 different codes one via text one via email . But we were able to figure it out and get . Lots of great fishing from dock in front of the condo and you can't beat the view .

Great location and cozy place for family

Everything was great about the property with the exception that somebody tried to steal our ice chest outside and did take some shoes. Are checking process was not as expected according to the information given on the phone versus the email. We were trying to get an early check-in due to the email we got and we were told something different when we called. The place was super clean and very cozy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a great experience staying here. Everything was perfect, really. I had forgotten to send the check in code to my wife's phone, and we left the home without my phone and were without a way to get back in. But Turnkey is available to help, and we got right in by calling and working with the rep on the phone. It was super clean, and the location on the Laguna Madre was outstanding. If we find ourselves destined for SPI again in the future, we will definitely seek to stay here.

Great Condo, right on the Bay!

First of all, this is a unique and wonderful property with access to the bay 20 ft off your patio. That was the big draw as we love to fish. The sunsets were also great. The house is well appointed and there's a nice patio with a grill. Close to easy Bay fishing spot access, with a launch (paid for separately) two properties down. A few things to bring: 1. Extra paper towels 2. Metal grillware 3. Pot holders A few things to note: 1. Despite the pictures, there is no boat slip access with this rental 2. There were 2 parking passes but only 2 or so spots that you could park the extra car in, so not really available when its busy. 3. The wifi was dropping out. Hopefully the host can correct that with their provider. But Overall I would recommend this property. The Vacasa team responded quickly to any questions or issues on text.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we found the condo to be clean and well stocked with everything we need. One of the bathroom lights was out and later we realized the light outside the front door was out. Thai was a big security concern the entry was enclosed and anyone could be hiding in the dark and we had to use our phone to light up the key pad to get into the condo. I left this information on the initial text we received checking on our first impression of the condo. Then on our last afternoon we returned from the beach to find someone parked in our one and only parking spot. This forced us to park in someone else’s space. Obviously, they weren’t happy with that and came and asked us to move. There was no parking permit in the car parked in our spot so we had nobody to contact. This forced us to park our car down the street. I did contact turn key and ask for assistance but was told there is nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed. We were concerned our vehicle was going to be towed during the night.
