You’ll have a peaceful garden and tennis court views and views of one of the pools from your large private balcony. You can walk to the pool and to the beach in just a few seconds! Our guests can also enjoy Bahia Mar beachfront resort, which features two pools with hot tubs, a large beachfront sun deck, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, lush gardens and walking trails!

We’re constantly looking to enhance our guests’ experience, so we recently renovated and stylishly redecorated the place, giving it a sleek, modern feel.

Its you’re a sunny getaway, you choose, and just note, you’ll only be seconds away from the pool and a short walk to the beach! As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a luminous open layout, a spacious kitchen with shiny stainless steel appliances and everything you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher! There’s a convenient breakfast bar with three cushioned bar stools for a quick snack, coffee, or to work on your laptop if needed. There’s a bar in the entrance hallway. Just add spirits and a lot of laughs!
For a relaxing sit-down meal, the dining area features a glass table that comfortably seats six. The living room has two sofas and a large wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable. It's perfect for relaxing moments at home with your favorite shows or watching a movie together after a fun day of seaside adventure.
When it’s time to rest and retire for the night, there are two ultra-chic and comfortable bedrooms, both with Smart TVs and cable! Bedroom 1 features a plush king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, with the second full bathroom just across the hall.

Getting Around: The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!
Other Things to Note: Please note that there is ongoing construction on the opposite side of the pool, and you may experience some noise during the day within working hours.

- Please note that the condo is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. - All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted. - The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed. - BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Max two pets and no more than 75 lbs./pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, on top of fabric or on comforters. - Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
Interaction with Guests: Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.

Great condo for short family trip
Property is in a great location and the amenities were fun. Condo looks like the pictures shown, but was not cleaned. Heavy dust build-up on headboards and refrigerator. We had no privacy, blinds were broken on the floor with construction workers being able to look into the condo all day. Patio was really dirty. Could not sit on outdoor furniture without getting dirt caked on youe clothes. We had to sweep and mop upon arrival due to liquid stains in the bedrooms and hallway. Our stay was ok after cleaning but when upstairs tenants arrived on our last night, they were rude and super loud, runnjng up and down stairs until after 4 am. Messaged property manager with no response. Or number to call security. Place is great for during the week if there are respectful tenants above. The weekend is a different story.

The property description does not really tell you everything you need to know when considering this property.
Here is the good:
The grounds of the condo are pretty and the beach is steps away. The inside of the condo appears to have been freshly renovated. Kitchen is nice although the larger coffee maker's carafe is missing. There was a 4 cup maker however. The 3 tv's are big - all streaming and many many remotes. Bedrooms/bathrooms are fine. Check in and check out instructions and procedures were easy.
Here are the things that should be noted. The steps and handrail up to the entrance are caked in bird poop. They should be pressure washed immediately and washed regularly. There are no windows in either of the bedrooms. Read that again, there are no windows in the bedrooms. This should've been disclosed in the description. There is major construction going on right across from the balcony - even during one of the nights of our stay- and the condo's privacy blinds are not quite completely private. Again, this should have been in the description.
I am giving this property a 3 instead of a 4 because there was not full transparency in the property description.
