Newly renovated and professionally designed, this smart and modern Stateline vacation rental is perfect for a couple or family of four. New hardwood floors and a pristine kitchen and bath delight, and Lakeside Beach is a 12-minute walk.

Travel 10 minutes to Zephyr Cove Beach, offering boat rentals, paddle wheeler cruises, and horseback riding. The Heavenly Village and Gondola, as well as the casinos, are approximately a 6-minute walk away.

LIVING AREA

A clean aesthetic defines your newly renovated rental. Hardwood floors gleam throughout, and the living room has a sleeper sofa, 50in cable TV, a contemporary sitting chair, and a natural wood coffee table. White wood-paneled walls and modern artwork add to the sophisticated vibe.

KITCHEN & DINING

Granite countertops line the streamlined kitchen, equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and all the gadgets and cookware you might need for cozy meals at home. A round dining table seats four.

BED & BATH

The bedroom is furnished with a cloud-like queen bed, and the bright bathroom has a granite vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

The communal hot tub, propane grill, and firepit are located in the central courtyard area, all shared between the four other vacation rentals.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

LOCATION

Situated within walking distance (12 minutes) of Lakeside Beach, a fantastic stretch of sand with volleyball courts, playground, swimming, and a beach cafe. (Lakeside Beach is a privately-owned beach open to the public with the purchase of an entrance fee.)

Enjoy easy access to the Heavenly Gondola 3 blocks away. Or drive 10 minutes to the Zephyr Cove Resort, and get out on the water with boat rentals and paddlewheel cruises.

THE FINE PRINT

Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people and 1 car, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. Not hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking or pets permitted. Business License # 009452

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
