Horrible house-bug infested
Do NOT RENT this house. It’s infested with ants and termites. The winged termites were flying through the living room. I sat on the couch and had large black ants crawling on my shirt. Serious work needs to be done on this house. The property managers took my concerns seriously and moved us to a new property immediately. They were the best part of this experience.

Unprofessional and unimpressive
The home was what it looked like online. I stayed with a few of my friends. I chose this property because it had a hot tub and, due to the price, I assumed it would have been very nice. The property did not blow me away. The hot tub was there, but it was located in just a tiny fenced in area next to the property. This home was supposed to sleep 8, but there weren’t even enough towels for me and the four other friends I had with me. Also, due to speculation around how many cars I had parked there, at 9am on a Saturday morning the property manager came knocking on the door to speak to me. I found this incredibly uncomfortable and disrespectful considering the fact that is was 9am and an unannounced man, that I had never met, was knocking on the door looking for me. I understand the rules around the cars, but they could have called or texted me. I felt very uncomfortable at this place and was not impressed enough to return. Not worth the money.

Amazing time in Tahoe
My travel group are all the age of 35 to 50. We greatly enjoyed the house it was perfect for all our needs and was very close to town yet still felt kinda secluded. The house is a little dated as other have said but it had everything we needed. We all agreed we would stay there again!

Updating necessary
The house was not cleaned properly. Mustard on the door! Dishes needed to be washed by hand. Dishwasher does not clean the dishes, even tho we would run it twice. Hot tub cover is falling apart. Everything is dated, old. Had to shovel the driveway when we arrived- could not get in at all due to snow. Only 1 shovel( we took turns shoveling as county / city snowblowers backlogged and short staffed. It could be a fabulous home, if it was updated!

Family Vacation
The house was just as advertised. 4 of us stayed comfortably, prepared meals and ran around town. Centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood. We had a question about the hot tub, the property manager got right back to me. Great stay.

A few negatives was hard mattresses, slimy and dirty hot tub , which was a bummer because the hot tub was why we rented it. The house showed its age with broken blinds in many of the rooms and furniture that was broken down and uncomfortable to sit on. I did like that it had everything that you might need and it was very cozy and quiet.

Best rental yet! Thank you! Can't wait to return.
We've been using this website and a few others for ten years and were really impressed with this place. It was the perfect fit for what we were looking for. Three young couples and one baby for a week of snow and snow boarding. All the living space is condensed into an open air feel with A-frame high ceiling with exposed beams. Two bedrooms and a full bath are on one side of the kitchen and a bedroom and full bath are on the other side-perfect for keeping the noisier and quieter guests separated. The driveway was wide enough for two cars and long enough to fit the third easily. The hot tub was in great working condition, just a cold three steps from the house! The number of times I have stayed somewhere that boasted a hot tubs that was nonfunctional when we arrived....but not disappointed this time! There are king beds in all three rooms, medium-firm which worked for us. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Towels provided were adequate for bathing, but I would bring beach towels to use in the hot tube. Also, the towels were fluffy/heavy/absorbent all at the same time- like the kind you get in really nice hotels. Kitchen had all of the basics needed, plenty of dishes. If you are a REAL foody bring your own chefs knife. That is true for any rental though. The garage is off limits, you cannot access it from inside or out. You can see wear and tear, but nothing that impacted the function and feel of the home. We did not need to contact the owners or property management while we were there which is a huge compliment to how this place is maintained. Our decks were cleared of snow before we arrived and once while we were there. The decor was simple and woodsy. The couches are heavy duty leather, the sleeper sofa is a little boggy in the middle but sucks you right in for great afternoon naps. The dated green carpet and bathroom wallpapers were GREAT. Neighborhood was very quiet and has nice walking trails when we were there in early March,
