Our stay was amazing! We loved the location and the proximity to incredible hiking. We also enjoyed being right on the water and enjoyed daily dips in the lake- very refreshing! The kitchen was very well appointed with high quality appliances. And the pillows on the king bed were the most comfortable I’ve ever had! At first the parking was a challenge with our large suv, but we figured that out after the first day. Would definitely stay here again!

Southlake Tahoe Stunning Views

I can’t say enough about this Accommodation. The boutique development is right in the heart of Southlake Tahoe, convenient to everything. The views are stunning. The check-in accommodations and communications From the property manager are unparalleled. The home is beautifully furnished and absolutely everything worked. View of a lifetime

I can't express enough how wonderful this home is. Our host was so professional and helpful in our last minute booking. The onsite manager was delightful, so welcoming and always asked how we were and if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. We have stayed in South Lake many years and the Rubicon 11 was an experience like none other. If you get the opportunity, please book with RNR vacation properties.

Great time! Overall. Mgmt responsive fixing outlets in master not working/grill igniter not working. Master bed needs work… body depressions on sides… loud young kids running around upstairs early am. Still hard to beat Tahoe

Very difficult to find in dark, SUV would not fit in garage. 3rd bed room small. Too many instruct

Average. Condo very nice Really did not feel welcome. Reminded everywhere of penalties, self cleaning etc.. Pool closed/ hot tub area unkept. Stepped on tree debris. Would not take family.

Love our stay

Our family stayed here for a spring break. The property was clean, spacious, ammenities were superb. The highlight of the property was its location right by the lake beach and modern kitchen with almost new appliances.

Outstanding Home

It's hard to explain how nice this home is and how well it was appointed. We normally choose to stay in a hotel because of the services. Most homes you rent don't even have salt/pepper in the pantry. It's always so much work remembering to bring foil, napkins and so on. The owners are very generous to share their "stuff" with perfect strangers. Definitely a great experience.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

Great clean house with stunning views. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Gets a little crowded during the busy times of the year. Very expensive in my experience with VRBO but it's due to all the upgrades in the kitchen and location. Also my suv couldn't fit in the garage so I had to park across the street in the supermarket parking lot.

Great Property, Great Location

Family of six enjoyed the Thanksgiving Holiday and this great property. Everything immaculate and high end throughout. Gourmet kitchen that was well equipped. Right on the water and quiet. Enjoyed by all - will come back.
