The room was super clean and so was the bathroom. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Location was also good, few minute drive to casinos and Heavenly Village. Overall it was a pleasant experience staying at Elevation Lodge.

The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfect for crashing after long day out exploring. Everything felt easy and low-key, which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were friendly and chill, and the whole place just had a welcoming, no-stress atmosphere. We would stay again for sure and highly recommend to others as well.

The room was definitely one of the worst ones I have ever been. A bunch of nasty stains, the beds were terrible as well as the pillows. The price I paid did not match the room I received. I have pictures for proof. If it were possible for me to be refunded for all the trouble it caused would be great. I appreciate it that the staff member was able to switch me and family to another room, but the result was the same. Would never stay here again.

While I understand it was a busy week for the hotel, I was disappointed that my room wasn't ready until nearly 8:00 PM. Additionally, there were significant maintenance issues: the toilet water supply was non-functional, and the shower pan was incorrectly curved, causing water to pool rather than drain properly.
