While we are a pet friendly property, only dogs are allowed, with a max of TWO dogs per stay. We welcome well behaved dogs that are fully house trained and at least 1 year old. Hypoallergenic breeds are preferred. Younger pets will need to be approved in advance and guests must agree to our pet house rules below. Extra pet cleaning fee ($250+) may be charged if evidence of urine is found inside the home or pet feces found inside and/or in the backyard.

Pet House Rules:
•Pets must be kenneled or crated if left alone at the property. Guests must bring own crate or purchase one locally
•When outside the property, pets must kept on a leash
•Please do not allow pets on furniture
•Clean up and pick up after your pets. Please, no dog poop or urine stains in our home or backyard

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. We were very happy with the bedroom arrangements and the 2 1/2 baths. Everything we needed was provided, even use of the attached garage. The location was perfect for us too -close to restaurants, shops and the university. We would definitely stay again!

Great location for ND athletics

This was a perfect location for visiting our son and niece who were competing in tournaments at ND. Our group included grandparents, parents and siblings, plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy south bend house

We had an excellent experience at the huddle house. The host Carol was very attentive. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked. It was a safe space for one of our handicapped family members as well as children. Overall, a great fit for our group! We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Spacious home

Great weekend with family and pup

Came to watch women’s NCAA basketball and celebrate a birthday. House was great and very comfortable. Just as listed. Everything was clean, and labeled instructions around the house is so helpful. Carol is a fantastic host!! We all had a great time and the pup had fun chasing birds and squirrels in the backyard. Highly recommend!

Weekend Visit

Had a short weekend visit with our son who attends Notre Dame in early March. The Huddle House was clean, spacious and well equipped. There was plenty of room and the yard was amazing for our dog - fully fenced and tons of room. Location is great - close to the school, shops, grocery, etc. Carole was great to work with and was very responsive with our last minute booking. Would definitely stay again!
