A very special thank you to Wafa for her exceptional kindness and attention throughout my stay. Thanks to her, I received a wonderful room upgrade from a partial sea view room to a breathtaking full sea view room, which made my experience even more memorable. I would also like to thank Abir for her professionalism and welcoming attitude. The beach, the swimming pool, and the overall view were absolutely beautiful. The services were excellent from beginning to end: great food, attentive staff, impeccable housekeeping service, and a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. I had an amazing stay at Mariott Pearl Sousse, my mom and I felt like home thanks to the wonderful personal they have. Very disappointed. The hotel deserves 3 starts. Breakfast wasn’t fresh, the smallest elevators that you can imagine with one of them broken. Beach full of seaweed, no cleaned up. So loud because it’s by the street. 45 minutes to check in. The only two good things are the pool and the employees.

The property is gorgeous, the staff is exceptional, I wish I could take them all home with me. The breakfast is the largest I’ve ever witnessed at a hotel, with so many options to choose from. They spare nothing to service you. The pool is beautiful, spa services were delightful as well. Also the spa space is beautiful. The beach had security so I could leave my bag while I swam with no worries at all. I was sad I had to leave
