Pretty gîte completely renovated in 2020, fitted out on the upper floor of a house including year-round rental and guest rooms on the heights of the village of Souraide. Equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher), living room, lounge area (TV), 2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds). Shower room, toilet, pantry (washing machine). Reversible heating air conditioning included. Beds made on arrival, bathroom and household linen included. Terrace adjoining the living room, garden furniture. The cottage is ideally located 3km from Espelette, 3km from the Golf de Souraide and 5km from Lake St Pée-sur-Nivelle. Hiking trails nearby. Enjoy a comfortable gîte in the heart of the Basque Country!
