I dont normally right reviews but in this case I feel a review would help the next stay for other quests better in the future.
The renting company Amore and Lisa were very nice, no problems there at all, the apartment was decorated very well and looked great in the main room and bedrooms .
However !!
What was not pointed at any stage was how bad the kitchen area is
It needs a make over badly
It seemed like the owner forgot all about the budget with this crucial area.
Firstly the oven was broken and blowing the main fuse, tripping everything so we couldnt cook anything, we had to call Lisa to sort out, luckily Iam an electrician and we isolated the cooker otherwise we would not have other power.
Secondly
The kitchen was infested, and I mean "infested" with Ants. No food could be left on the work top otherwise about a thousand ants would appear out of know where and walk of with the food!
Thirdly
The washing machine did not work, we tried washing in the machine and it failed, we had to hand wash the clothes and dry outside - Such a pain !
The kitchen needs to be ripped out totally and refurbished , simple as that
At night the noise from the road can be very loud due ti the windows not being doubled glazed and badly need to be replaced and thats even on the top 5th floor!
I write this email not as a unhappy visitor but in the hope that the owner does something with the kitchen .... It can be fixed easily and for the rental price should be renovated
