Llegamos y no tenían idea de nuestra reservación (expidia) lo cual es bastante incómodo e incorrecto. Ya no había disponibilidad del tipo de habitación solocitada. El proceso de check-in lento, solo una persona atendiendo. Adicionalmente, la habiatación que recibimos estaba a medio organizar, no tenía toallas, la cama sin tendidos, el piso mojado… Y finalmente, no es un hotel barato para q la habitación sea tan básica en sus mobiliario. Resalto la calidad del restaurante y el desayuno que incluía y el aire acondicionado que funcionaban super bien.

Buen hotel

En general todo estuvo muy bien, lo único malo fueron las dos recepcionistas, pésimo servicio por parte de ellas, deberían considerar cambiar esas mujeres de ese puesto.
