Welcome to this charming holiday home Villa Son Servera Sea Front in the idyllic location of Son Servera. This beautiful house, with capacity for 10 people, offers a perfect refuge for those seeking to enjoy relaxing and rejuvenating holidays by the sea. Tourist license number: ETV5500.
With five elegant and comfortable bedrooms (one of them specially designed for children), this house is ideal for large groups or families who want to share special moments together and in tranquility. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds that can be joined to form comfortable double beds, providing flexibility to adapt to the guests' needs.
The location of this house is simply exceptional. Just 25 meters from the sea, the property offers direct beach access, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the crystal-clear waters and relax on the coast whenever they wish. The view and sound of the sea will always be present, creating a calm and serene atmosphere that inspires tranquility.
The exterior of the house is equally impressive, featuring a porch to delight in the view of the lush and well-maintained garden that invites guests to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the property. Additionally, a private pool offers the opportunity to cool off and swim in a private and luxurious setting.
Inside, the house has air conditioning in the dining room and in the hallway of the rooms (cold and hot air pump). A fully equipped kitchen, a living room to relax watching TV or reading a good book, and several tables for diners. Three full bathrooms, all equipped with showers. One of the bathrooms even has a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration under the warm sun or some sporting day such as at the Golf Course located just 2 km away. All rooms have a ceiling fan to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The villa is totally prepared to host children of any age, it has a crib, high chair, games, children's game table, and beach toys. They will spend unforgettable vacations just a few meters from the beach.
