The well-appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, ample cabinet space, and a pantry—perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach.

The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. The carport has covered parking for two vehicles. An extra-long driveway fits several more vehicles.
