Villa Sitges Lluna is a villa with private pool and garden located 10 minutes drive from Sitges on the Costa Dorada, Spain.

Situated in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of the world, yet the famous town of Sitges, which is a 10 minute drive away.

HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend passing a request for information to our agency as we run several villas, "sending an enquiry to the real estate professional". so that we can advise you on the villa best suited to your needs". Then you can book in total security in "Book Now".
 We recommend you to book stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to book a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us for rates and availability.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything you need to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, we have detailed the extra costs for each of them below:

IMPORTANT ASPECTS REGARDING CONTRACTING, RATES, AND PAYMENTS:

1. Payment via Vrbo with a Visa card: 3% commission fee.

2. Payment via bank transfer: No additional costs or fees.

3. Vrbo’s assistance service can be contracted with both payment methods.

4. Cleaning costs:
- Stays up to one week: Final cleaning cost: €400.
- Stays of two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning of 2 hours performed by 2 people, cost of €80. Full final cleaning at the end of the second week, cost of €400.
- Stays of one month: Three mid-stay cleanings, one in the middle of each week, each costing €80. Full final cleaning at the end of the last week, cost of €400.

5. Tourist tax: €1/adult/day for the first 7 days.

6. Provision of expenses:
- €800/month for water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption.
- In the low season, from October to April, for weekly stays: €250/month for water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption.

7. Late check-in:
- From 8:00 PM to midnight: €45 surcharge.
- After midnight: €70 surcharge.

8. Surcharge of €20/person/day for over 10 people.

9. The security deposit is €1000.


LOCATION SUPPLEMENT :

Villa Sitges La Lluna requires a car. It is located in the urbanization Las Colinas de Olivella, 15 minutes drive from Sitges, and 5 minutes drive from Sant Pere de Ribes.
The urbanization is very residential. Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets, food shops at 5 minutes by car from the Villa.
There is a Nautical Club with bar, restaurant and tennis courts at 10 minutes walking distance but it is open in summer only.
A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Villa La Lluna through the vineyards and fields.



THE ACCOMMODATION:
Villa Sitges lluna is a villa for up to 16 people, with private pool and garden, its 300m2 of living space are distributed in 5 bedrooms (12 beds and 2 sofa beds), 3 toilets, 2 kitchens, 1 lounge dining room, wine cellar, and a games room.

Villa Sitges Lluna you have all the comforts and tranquility to enjoy an unforgettable stay, especially thanks to its swimming pool and barbecue.
This villa has free parking on the premises.

Its outside space has a nice barbecue area with a large table, to enjoy outdoors.
The house is very sunny all day long, the spa next to the pool, the hammocks and all the amenities make for an unforgettable stay.

With the possibility of enjoying the most touristic and beautiful areas of Barcelona, such as Sitges and Vilanova I la Geltrú, 15 minutes away by car.

Other highlights
To make the most of the area, I recommend renting a car, so that you can enjoy your stay to the full.
At the end of the stay you have to pay the tourist tax of Catalunya which is:
1€/person/day(maximum 7 days) for all guests over 16 years old.



STAYS OUT OF HIGH SEASON / LONG STAYS:
Enjoy also short stays out of season: From 3 days to 3 months.
Ideal for short breaks of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. The rates are very reasonable in these periods.


MONTHLY RENTAL FROM 1 MONTH TO 5 MONTHS.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO CONTRACTING, RATES AND PAYMENTS:

1.- You can pay by Vrbo by Visa Card with a supplement of 3% of Card Commission.

2.- You can pay by Bank Transfer.

3.- The Vrbo assistance service can be contracted with both forms of payment.

4.- Each week ends with a final cleaning, change of sheets/pool towels and bath towels. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings, etc..
This cleaning costs 350 €/week. 

5.- Tourist tax: 1 €/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.

6.- In low season: from October to April. Provision of 800 €/month of water, electricity and gas costs based on actual consumption.

In weekly stay: Provision of 300 €/month of water, electricity and gas charges based on actual consumption.

7.- Late check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00. + 45 €

8.- Late check-in: From 24:00: + 70 €.

9.- Supplement of 30 €/person and day from 10 persons.
