The first sign of trouble was when the “cleaners” excited the condo at 4:09 for a 4:00 check-in. When I entered, all the fans and lights were off, and it was 88 degrees. Because the place has no A/C, the overheard fan is of the upmost importance. I searched all over the condo for the light-switch or remote to control the overheard fan. It was nowhere to be found. I called customer support, and they advised that I check every light-switch and flip the breakers. What they withheld from me was the fact that a previous guest had misplaced the remote. The customer service individual said a local property manager would come with a replacement. I waited 3 hours, and no one showed up. Again, it was 88 degrees in the condo, and the air quality was less than ideal because of wildfires in the area. After 3 hours of waiting, I left and never returned. I requested a refund, and Vacasa offered me $100 for my inconvenience. And lastly, the bathroom was grotesque. I never take the time to write reviews, so listen to me when I say don’t stay here. It is not worth the money for the quality of the place, and Vacasa is a joke of an organization. 0/10 don’t recommend.
