My Lakeside Dream

Fantastic apartment in a small complex directly on the beach with a private terrace and garden, from which you can directly access the large pool of the complex. From the grounds of the complex you can reach the beautiful and extensive Punta Gro beach, with a beach bar that offers delicious breakfast, cakes and snacks, pedal boat rentals and a walk.

The apartment has an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed. From the living area you have a great view of the lake. The terrace is very spacious with its own BBQ and dining table and space to relax.

The apartment has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi and TV, oven, parking in the facility.

Lugana di Sirmione is a beautiful vacation spot and a good starting point for excursions around the lake.

Mosquitos, operating instructions not very clear

Not a good location if you don’t have a car, we didn’t .. long story .. there is no fly screens so you can’t have the doors open for ventilation as the mosquitos / bugs are really bad /// the air conditioning unit is located facing the living area not the bedroom and the compressor noise that comes thru the wall of the bedroom makes it very difficult to sleep - very expensive for the area that is about 20 mins from sirmione - operating instructions for both the washing machine and hot water not very easy to understand — three different types of coffee machines … and enough crockery for a dinner party for 30 people

This appartement is defenitly overprized. the location is nice, but the equipment of the appartment is not very good, especially the sofa bed is horrible, we had to sleep on the floor like students! The communication with the appartement management is not easy because they only speak italian, so no chance to talk to them on the phone, the whole communication is per Email. This is not so easy if you have an urgency: We had no electricity for four hours, a maintainer was send but it was not a nice situation. At arrival, some equipment was broken. the management company replaced things, but it is not a nice situation. In general I do not like to complain, but the price we paid was way to high.

Nur die Lage ist gut.

Die gesamte Wohnung roch muffig. Der Putz bröckelte von der Wand. Töpfe und Pfannen und Holzgriffe von den Messern waren verschimmelt. Sobald man die Küchenschränke öffnette kam einem der muffige Geruch entgegen. Internet und Fernsehen funktionierte die ganze Woche nicht. Die Klärung mit der Agentur war mehr als zäh. Hinhaltetaktik. Grill und Terrasse war mehr als schmutzig. 16.00 Uhr war check in. 2 Stunden nach unserem check in, nschdem wir die Wohnung selber gereinigt hatten und wir alle unsere Sachen ausgepackt hatten, kam die Putzkolonne. Grill und Terrasse wurden jedoch übersehen. Code für den Schlüssekasten funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Versehentlich eine falsche Zahl eingestellt und der Schlüsselkasten öffnete sich. Perfekt ist allerdings die Lage am See.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee

Die Wohnung befindet sich in erster Reihe am Gardasee, in einem ruhigen Vorort von Sirmione. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Badestrände fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren in den Herbstferien dort. Leider wurde der Pool pünktlich Anfang Oktober geschlossen...obwohl tagsüber noch ca. 30 Grad waren. Dies wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, was wir etwas schade fanden. Glücklicherweise war der See noch warm und der Strand nicht weit. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Vermutlich war sie vor uns eine Weile nicht bewohnt und es hatten sich einige Spinnweben angesammelt. Die hätten vor Anreise noch entfernt werden können. Ansonsten alles ok und sauber. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit Stromausfällen beim Anschalten des Toasters und damit wurde jeden morgen die Alarmanlage ausgelöst. Die Agentur war telefonisch gut erreichbar, sprach deutsch und brachte uns einen neuen Toaster. Alles in allem eine Wohnung, die man gut weiterempfehlen kann.

Gardasee

Die Ferienwohnung mit Pool hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Das Liegesofa müsste mal erneuert werden, da es total durch gelegen ist. Aber wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Mit frd. Grüßen Fam. F.

Nette Lage aber ist das Geld nicht wert

Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings nicht alles funktionstüchtig. Die Kaffeemaschinen waren defekt sowie andere Teile. Austattung auch nicht wie abgebildet.Es war sehr kalt, das Wetter war schlecht. Auf die Nachfrage ob die Heizung aktiviert werden kann, wurde vom Vermieter nie geantwortet. Keine Anleitung für die Waschmaschine, Knöpfe im Übrigen defekt. Dusche schimmlig und die Türen schmutzig. Grill war nicht gereinigt und war nicht nutzbar. Kein Material für Spülmaschine wie Salz und Klarspüler, war in der Maschine auch leer. Couch stark verschmutzt. Sehr hellhörig, wenn Wohnung über oder neben einem besetzt, hört man alles. Pool nicht benutzbar. Herablassende Behandlung durch Mitarbeiter der Vermieter.

Tolles Objekt, immer wieder

In der Vorsaison angenehm ruhig. Objekt mit gutem Baustil mit Sonne- und Schattenplatz. Für den Fernseher wäre eine kurze Bedienungsanleitung und eine Senderplatzliste hilfreich.

Objekt in toller Lage

Das Objekt liegt in toller Lage, direkt am See. Gute Spazierwege direkt vor dem Haus am See entlang. Warten nur noch auf die Rückerstattung unserer geleisteten Kaution nach fast 14-tägiger Rückkehr.
