Il Porticciolo P1/12 by Wonderful Italy

Fully equipped apartment within a residential complex with shared swimming pool, in Sirmione, the pearl of Lake Garda.



The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room that features a sofa, a TV, a dining table and an open kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and American coffee maker. The living room overlooks the balcony fitted with a second table, perfect for enjoying delicious meals outdoors with a wonderful lake and pool view. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed and the second with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will enjoy amenities such as heating for colder days, fans, and free wi-fi.



Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.



The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 31st of October. A swimming cap could be required.

For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.

Urlaub am Gardasee

Es war ein super toller Urlaub. Die Lage war einfach Bombe. Und die Gegend super schön. Das einzigste, was ich sehr schade fand, war die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung. Die lies sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Kleine Wohnung / schöne Lage / schlechte Betten / kein Mückenschutz

Der Urlaub war aufgrund des schlechten Bettes und der nicht vorhandenen Mückengitter leider nur mäßig erholsam. Entweder die Wohnung lüften und von Mücken geplagt werden, oder schlecht schlafen, da es in der Wohnung sonst zu warm wurde. Die Küche ist nicht besonders gut ausgestattet und das Geschirr war bei Anreise dreckig.

Bei hohen Temperaturen absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Positiv: Die Lage ist toll und der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist beeindruckend, ausreichend groß und abgesicherter Parkplatz, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt Negativ: Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad kaum zu ertragen, die Schränke nicht aufgeräumt und mit dreckigen Sachen gefüllt, Dusche viel zu klein und damit Überschwemmung des Bads, WC aufgrund Heizwasseraufbereitung dauernd überhitzt, Balkon verdreckt, nur 2 Liegen verfügbar, an einzelnen Tagen Pool durch Einheimische überfüllt

Sehr guter Lager

Sehr gute Lager wie Online beschrieben, allerdings ist die Raumaufteilung ohne Klimaanlage bei Nachts Temperatur 30Grad sehr zu schaffen. Zusätzlich kommen noch Mücken hinzu. Wir haben leider die ersten zwei Nächte nicht richtig schlafen können. Also unbedingt Anti-Mücken Spray mitnehmen. Wenn diese FE mit Klimaanlage wäre optimal!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am See. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das schöne Pool konnten wir leider noch nicht nutzen, da wir in der Vorsaison reisten. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können aber wir konnten die kleinen Mängel beheben. Unser Hund hat den Urlaub auch sehr genossen. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und auch sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Schöne Anlage, tolle Lage

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Der Pool und die Lage sind toll. Das Appartement ist für eine Familie gut aufgeteilt. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und einen großen Balkon. Geschirrhandtücher und spülschwamm muss man mitnehmen. Das Appartement wird von einer Agentur betreut. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung sich nicht optimal.
