Perfect Stay

One of the best apartments we ever stayed in. The host very very friendly and organized everything in any direction from the beginning until the end in an outstanding way. The apartment was well located and perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need and even more. The view from the terrass was increadible. Thanks for everything. I'm sure we are going to book another stay soon.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist mit sehr vielen nützlichen Dingen ausgestattet wie Reiseführeren, Strandmuschel, Spiele, große Küchenausstattung, schöne Aussicht von der Terasse auf das Meer und die umliegenden Dörfer. Fussläufig zum Strand. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Saubere, geräumige FeWo mit tollem Ausblick

Voll ausgestattete Küche mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. Wohnzimmer hochwertig ausgestattet. Große, luftige Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick. Sandstrand ist breit und sauber und selbst am Wochende nicht überlaufen. Einziger kleiner Mangel ist die Strasse unterhalb des Hauses. Früh und nachmittags stört der Verkehrslärm etwas.

Traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer

Sehr große geräumige Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Zudem ist die Wohnung mit allen möglichen Utensilien ausgestattet so dass einem nichts fehlt. Gesellschaftsspiele sowie eine Tischtennisplatte sind auch vor Ort und ein Grill ist auch nicht fehl am Platz. Zudem gibt es auch zwei große Terrassen, beide ausgestattet mit großem Tisch und mehr als genug Stühlen. Insgesamt ist es einer der besten Wohnungen die wir bis jetzt hatten. Strand ist auch sehr nah, und mit Auto in 3 min zu erreichen. Wirklich schöner Strand, wenig Leute, klares Wasser und sehr sauber.

Tolle Aussicht tolles Haus super Vermieter

Wir hatten die oberste Wohnung Sopra mit grossem Balkon und super Aussicht auf Meer und Berge. Lediglich die Strasse in der Nähe des Hauses war etwas störend. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet sogar mit Bosch Spülmaschine grossem Kühlschrank mit Gefriereinheit. Ausserhalb der Wohnung befindet sich übrigens noch eine weitere Dusche die genutzt werden kann. Die Matratzen sind gut und jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter sprechen perfekt deutsch und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Tischtennisplatte von Sponeta für alle drei Wohnungen nutzbar. Alles in allem Top Location

Appartement spacieux proche de la mer

Joli appartement bien équipé et spacieux. Nous n'avions pas reçu le code d'entrée ce qui a compliqué l'arrivée mais la concierge très attentionnée nous a tout expliqué après son arrivée. Proche de la mer mais il est préférable d'y aller en voiture car marcher au bord de la route est dangereux, surtout avec des enfants. La plage à proximité est très belle et il y a toujours de la place dans le parking (payant), ce qui n'est pas le cas des autres plages. Peu de restaurants dans les environs car il n'y a que des petits villages.

Absolut erholsam

Nach der Ankunft waren wir sofort im Urlaub. Objekt und Wohnung (bei uns Sopra) sowie die zugehörige Terrasse laden zum Verweilen absolut ein. Es ist alles wie im Inserat geschildert. Die Wohnung liegt gut um den weniger besuchten Standabschnitt zwischen La Caletta und Santa Lucia zu besuchen. Santa Lucia ist ein kleines wunderschönes Fischerdorf, das nahe gelegen ist und dazu einlädt gemütliche Abende zu verbringen. Hinter Sinnescola nur 7-8 km von der Wohnung entfernt geht es schon in die Berge hinein, ein Ausflug lohnt sich definitiv. San Teodoro sowie einige weitere Küstenorte Richtung Norden sind genauso gut erreichbar wie einige Küstenorte Richtung Süden. Allerdings sollte man sich nicht zu viel vornehmen, denn vor Ort fällt es fast schon schwer die Terrasse zu verlassen, der Blick ist einfach super (ab und an fährt ein Auto vorbei ). Wir können die unterschiedlichen Jahreszeiten nicht bewerten würden aber jederzeit an Pfingsten vor der Hauptsaison wiederkommen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Appartamento panoramico

Appartamento molto bello, con una vista meravigliosa su mare ed entroterra. È fornito di tutto il necessario e tutto tenuto molto bene ed in ordine. Molto cortese, ospitale e attenta a non fare mancar nulla agli ospiti la persona delegata dal proprietario per interfacciarsi con gli ospiti. Un po' fastidioso il rumore della statale vicina, ma comunque sopportabile. A nostro avviso impianto idraulico e impianto elettrico da revisionare. Proprietario tempestivo ma superficiale nella valutazione delle segnalazioni. Nel complesso comunque un bel appartamento per le vacanze e ci siamo trovati bene.

Zu schnell vorbei

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die große überdachte Terrasse mit Meeresblick lädt zum Ausklang des Tages ein. Die im Haus wohnenden Verwalter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als der Geschirrspüler kaputt ging würde er fix gegen einen neuen ausgetauscht. Die Kommunikation mit dem in Deutschland wohneneden Vermieter war sehr nett und hat gut geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 2 Autominuten von einem nicht ganz so sehr besuchten wunderschönen zwischen Dünen und Pinien gelegenen Strand. Weitere tolle Strände sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Alle Einkäufe kann man im nahe gelegenen La Caletta erledigen (ca. 5 min mit dem Auto). Vor allem frischer Fisch ist zu empfehlen. La Caletta hat einen kleinen Fischerhafen. Als einziges Manko war für uns die nahe gelegene Strasse die Teils stark befahren wird. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank und beste Grüße aus Bonn

Super Woche

Wunderschöne Lage. Meerblick von der Trasse einfach schön. Vordere Überdachung sehr gut. Es ist für jedes Wetter ein Platz vorhanden. Wohnung großzügig. Ausstattung gut. Haben alles vorgefunden was wir brauchen. Sehr schöne Woche.

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, pulito e in ottima posizione, distante pochi km da La Caletta, in zona tranquilla. Fornito di tutto ciò che serve (oltre alla lavastoviglie e al condizionatore in ogni camera, c'erano a disposizione ombrelloni, sdraio, giochi per bambini, un lettino per neonati, un seggiolone).

Wahnsinns-Aussicht, Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, z.T. Straßen Lärm

Die Wohnung ist groß und ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Waschmaschine Spülmaschine Klimaanlagen, Schirm und Klappsessel für den Strand. Der Hammer ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf Berge und Meer! Die Strasse ist allerdings vor allem am Wochenende laut. Die Toilette war nicht geputzt, ansonsten aber alles sauber.
