Travelling solo, not realising that the room I'd booked was window-less and quite pokey. There was no other room available at that rate, so I opted to upgrade. Also, the fire alarm went off briefly for two of my four nights there. No staff to reassure you that there it was not an emergency. Reception desk staff were excellent and helpful with various queries. Location was ideal.

Room was fine but misleading in the photo showing the room we booked but when we arrived it was not as described in the photo when we booked it did not advise that the room advertised was not the one we were getting so felt a wee bit cheated and not clearly informed and hotel were looking for us to upgrade obviously to get more money out of us they need to clarify when booking

Hotel is in a good location only 2 minutes from bras basah metro station and 5 minutes from bugis metro station. 7-11 store located right beside the hotel which is handy. Lots of dining and shopping facilities available within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are basic but they are clean. Any staff member I encountered were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hour's before check in planning to leave my luggage and then come back but they allowed me to check in early at no extra charge which was appreciated after 20 hour's travelling.

Fairly priced hotel with 7-11

Excellent price and pretty good location a 5-7 minutes walk to the bugis subway station. Takes maybe 40 minutes door to door to the airport. Staff was friendly, complimentary snacks, very clean no bugs. Was very satisfied, would stay again.
