Room was fine but misleading in the photo showing the room we booked but when we arrived it was not as described in the photo when we booked it did not advise that the room advertised was not the one we were getting so felt a wee bit cheated and not clearly informed and hotel were looking for us to upgrade obviously to get more money out of us they need to clarify when booking

Hotel is in a good location only 2 minutes from bras basah metro station and 5 minutes from bugis metro station. 7-11 store located right beside the hotel which is handy. Lots of dining and shopping facilities available within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are basic but they are clean. Any staff member I encountered were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hour's before check in planning to leave my luggage and then come back but they allowed me to check in early at no extra charge which was appreciated after 20 hour's travelling.

Fairly priced hotel with 7-11

Excellent price and pretty good location a 5-7 minutes walk to the bugis subway station. Takes maybe 40 minutes door to door to the airport. Staff was friendly, complimentary snacks, very clean no bugs. Was very satisfied, would stay again.

The staff were lovely and the hotel is in a great location. Accommodation wasn’t worth the money I paid ( yes it was for the F1). The condition of the room was fine but lack of cleaning, and when I was it happened at 4pm. The beds were horrible and I hardly slept the first 2 nights. If you’re looking for a good budget hotel this is the place.

Ich buchte ein Zimmer für 3 Personen. Auf der Expedia Homepage gab ich das Alter unserer Tochter mit 14 Jahren an. Bei Ankunft im Hotel musste ich zunächst den Aufpreis bezahlen, da Sie als Erwachsen eingestuft wurde - Okay. Jedoch stand kein Bett für Sie zur Verfügung. Sie sollte im 2 Erwachsenen Personen im Queensize Bett schlafen und den vollen Erwachsenen Betrag bezahlen. Nach langer Diskussion erhielten wir ein Zustellbett für Sie. Alternativ hätten wir ein weiteres Zimmer vor Ort buchen müssen.

I took the king deluxe but the room was so small. The headboard of the bed is dangerous as it’s a solid board with a gap in between the bed that we got hurt few times while getting up from sleep forgetting there’s a gap. There was no iron available to iron our clothes or had any storage to store away our luggage. The room is not sound proof so couldn’t sleep properly at night can hear noise from outside. The only good thing was the service lady stored water and snacks for us when we asked .Overall ddnt like the stay.

This is a fine place to stay, with friendly staff. They courteously gave me a late checkout time on my last day. My room was clean and moderately spacious, with a double bed although I was there alone. A minor annoyance was a light switch behind the pillows, leading to me accidentally switching on the main room light during the night. The addition of a luggage rack would be useful, especially as there was plenty of room for one. The free minibar was appreciated. I have stayed here before and I shall stay again.
