Great week away

My family and I have just returned from an 8 day stay at the finca and we had a brilliant time. The villa is very well equipped and nicely decorated throughout. The pool and outside area is amazing, plenty of space and the pool was cleaned mid-way through our stay. The owner and property manager were available on WhatsApp and the check in process was really easy. A car is necessary given it’s remote location and you do need the coordinates to be able to locate it on sat nav. ƞineu is a short distance away and has a great market on a Wednesday and a good choice of restaurants. Manacor has some big supermarkets which is about 15 mins in the car. We were a little surprised that there was not a freezer or air conditioning, particularly when we landed during the heatwave but the villa is run on solar energy so it’s understandable that these would drain too much power. There are fans in all the bedrooms to keep you cool at night and an ice machine. A few days before we arrived, the owner asked if we could feed some wild cats during our stay, they do not enter the villa but they do visit every day for their feed.

An amazing family holiday in central Mallorca

We are a family of five, our children are aged 12, 10 and 6. We found the accommodation to be perfect in every way. The finca is modern but sympathetic to traditional design and well furnished with lovely touches and modern fixtures and fittings. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms give a sense of space and the salt water pool was perfect for days spent relaxing. The accommodation is very private and in a great location being less than 30 minutes from the nearest beach and less then 45 minutes from most major spots in all directions (you’ll need to have your own transport if staying here). It’s less than a 10 minute drive to the nearest town of Sineu, which has many great places to eat and get supplies, along with a amazing market once a week. Christine (the owner) was also an amazing host. Although we never met she was very good with communication and very accommodating with any request. We were even welcomed with a hamper of local delights including homemade peach jam and local wine. We’ve stayed in many places and we loved this finca very much. I can definitely highly recommend it!

Ohne Wasser ist alles nichts...

Vorweg: Das Haus ist extrem gut und hochwertig ausgerĂŒstet. Moderne, massive Tische, Top KĂŒche und eine KĂŒchenausstattung, welche wir bis anhin in den letzten 25 Jahren Mallorca noch nie so angetroffen haben. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns vom Betreuer mitgeteilt, dass wir leider kein Wasser haben werden. Nicht abwaschen, ZĂ€hne putzen aus der Flasche, keine Dusche und WC SpĂŒlung mit dem Eimer aus dem Pool! Offensichtlich ist die Zisterne leergelaufen und dann hatte der Wasserlieferant auch noch eine Panne mit dem Lastwagen. Mitte des folgenden Tages erfolgte dann die ersehnte Wasserlieferung und wir konnten wieder duschen etc .. 6 Tage spĂ€ter war dann die Zisterne erneut leer, gleiches Szenario. Nach unserer vehementen RĂŒckfrage beim Betreuer hat sich dann umgehend der Besitzer telefonisch bei uns gemeldet. Er war Ă€usserst verstĂ€ndnisvoll und die Situation war ihm extrem unangenehm. Offensichtlich verliert das System Wasser...oder es wurde nicht das geliefert, was verrechnet wurde... Der Besitzer hat sich bei uns in aller Form entschuldigt und eine sehr grosszĂŒgige EntschĂ€digung ausgesprochen. FAZIT: Wenn Wasser vorhanden, super Haus, super hochwertige Einrichtung, sehr gute Lage, der Besitzer legt wert auf zufriede Kunden. Mit Wasser ist die Finca absolut zu empfehlen, TOP!

Wunderschöne Finca mit wunderschönen Ausblick

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Finca, die hochwertig und modern eingerichtet ist. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Da es tagsĂŒber sehr heiß war und sich das Haus dementsprechend aufgewĂ€rmt hat, wĂ€re eine Klimaanlage - um die Raumtemperatur zu senken - wĂŒnschenswert. Sonst gibt es in jedem Raum einen Ventilator der ein angenehmes schlafen ermöglicht. Das Haus wird per Solarstrom betrieben (eignet sich nicht um E-Auto aufzuladen)und es gibt eine Zisterne. Leider hatten wir das Pech dass wir 3 Tage am StĂŒck kein fließend Wasser hatten. Dusche, ToilettenspĂŒlung, Waschmaschine und GeschirrspĂŒler waren nicht nutzbar. Zuerst war die Zisterne leer,dann ist der Strom ausgefallen ohne dass der Generator angesprungen ist und dann war noch die Wasserpumpe defekt. Somit kam alles auf einmal. Jedoch hat sich die Hausverwaltung schnell um alles gekĂŒmmert. Leider gab es seitens EigentĂŒmer kein Entgegenkommen! Wir mussten dann bei Freunden duschen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ein wahnsinnig schöner Ausblick auf Ariany und die Berge. Die Schnellstraße ist hörbar. Mit der Hausverwaltung waren wir sehr zufrieden, Kommunikation war Top. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10-20min,Tankstelle 5min,Flughafen ca 40min entfernt.

Wunderschöner Ort

Sehr schönes Haus auf großem GelĂ€nde mit tollem Ausblick in die Landschaft! Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und doch gemĂŒtlich. Die Bilder entsprechen dem Original sehr gut. Der Salzwasser-Pool ist toll und die gemĂŒtliche Sitzecke neben dem GebĂ€ude bietet bei grĂ¶ĂŸerer Hitze wohltuenden Halbschatten. Toller Bio-Supermarkt am Ortseingang von Sineu (Agromarket) und BĂ€cker am Marktplatz (ca. 6 Minuten mit dem Auto). Guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge auf die ganze Insel. Wir haben eine sehr, sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht!

Traumhafte Finca in wunderschöner Lage

Die traumhafte Finca ist in einem perfekten neuem Zustand. Super sauber, Ă€ußerst geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ideal fĂŒr einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Ein Mietwagen aber definitiv notwendig. Die Finca ist aus unserer Erfahrung zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen. Ein echter Traum! Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen!

Die Casa Otono ist ein wirklich ein schönes Haus um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen! Es war sehr sauber und wirklich liebevoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Wir waren von Ende Oktober bis erste November Woche dort und hatten die ersten zwei Wochen super Wetter. Die Novemberwoche war allerdings schon sehr kalt und stĂŒrmisch. Also das Haus wĂŒrden wir jederzeit wieder mieten, vielleicht zu einer etwas frĂŒheren Jahreszeit 😉! Die Betreuung von Frau Ihden und ihrem Mann war hervorragend! Also bis vielleicht zum nĂ€chsten Urlaub! đŸ€—

Ruhe pur

Die Finca befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und ist nicht einsehbar. Die moderne und komfortable Ausstattung sowie die Dekoration, mit Liebe zum Detail, entsprechen den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ein Mietwagen sollte aber gebucht werden. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung ist das Joggen möglich. Die Kommunikation mit den EigentĂŒmern vorab verlief reibungslos und war sehr angenehm. Vor Ort wird das Objekt von einer deutschen Verwalterin betreut, die wir jederzeit kontaktieren konnten. Auch das war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr. Wir können die Finca weiterempfehlen, sie ist ein SchmuckstĂŒck. ;)

Absolut empfehlenswert, eine kleine Oase

Das Haus ist wirklich eine richtig tolle Unterkunft und noch so viel schöner als es auf den Bildern wieder gibt. Kleinigkeiten wurden direkt ĂŒber die Hausverwaltung erledigt. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind ein absolutes Highlight. Vollkommen ungestört, eine kleine Oase auf den Berg. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem Haus. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr.

Ein sehr idyllischer Ort

Wir haben uns auf der Finca sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wenn man es gerne ruhig mag, dann ist dieser Ort genau der Richtige. Wir wurden von den Verwaltern Marina und Matthias sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie waren auch jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Finca sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist viel Platz, innen und drumherum. Uns wurde sie sehr sauber ĂŒbergeben. Der Pool ist schön groß und direkt von der Terrasse einsehbar. Das war fĂŒr uns wichtig, so konnten wir immer ein Auge auf unseren Sohn haben. Es gibt nichts mehr zu sagen, es stimmte einfach alles. Es ist zu empfehlen, dass man ein nicht so kleines Auto hat, denn die Finca liegt auf einem HĂŒgel, der durch einen ziemlich steilen Aufstieg zu erreichen ist. DafĂŒr hat man aber einen wunderschönen Blick, von den SonnenuntergĂ€ngen ganz zu schweigen. Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen in der Villa Otoño.
