Featuring a spacious wrap-around balcony, large common pool and direct beach access. Each room has balcony access where you can enjoy amazing views of the islands, like St. Kitts & Nevis, Statia, Saba and Anguilla / French side. The central location means restaurants; shopping, bars are all walking distance.
The condo AND the residence are completely NON SMOKING. It is forbidden to smoke at all times and in all areas - whether exterior or interior - of the residence and condo.

A quite sanctuary you wont want to leave
We stayed at this property in March and we very happy with the property and the unit which is excellently outfitted, well maintained and updated, and has an inviting view of Simpsons Bay.
Owner and property manager were both very accommodating and responsive regarding check in and out procedures and scheduling.
The unit is well located if you want a truly beachfront property and appreciate being surrounded by the ocean in a unit which you can easily call home for the duration of your visit. We will definitely return and rent this unit again.
